This is the second time that I used this home through Janet/ Andrew. They are great people, host, friendly and professional. I will continue to use this home each time I come to visit family in the area. I promise if you stay here you will feel at home and any thing happens or if you have questions the response is always fast.

We had a great stay at the house. Pool was clean. Rooms were spacious and the aircon was very cold. Cooking and dining utensils were readily available. Parking is secure. Bert was very helpful during our stay. We'll definitely consider booking the place again if we do come back to Clark. Thank you for accommodating our family!

Mikel made the difference, and why I stayed at his Airbnb. And the fast Fiber internet at 200-300+ Mbps was very important and wonderful. Coming from the USA, an AC unit would be nice in the downstairs, but that is not typical for PH homes. Great place to stay. 5 stars.

its considered home away from home. the unit is so clean including linens. complete home.package. hosts are always reachable n friendly. my family enjoyed the stay. we have limit time in thw unit but still.we have rested well before the flight. so homey.

Place is clean and quiet. Good AC. Fast WiFi. Nice TV with Netflix, HBO etc. Host was very responsive. Very convenient to check in via lockbox! Definitely 💯 recommended!

The place was great, the space inside the house is big. Everything was clean when we arrived. The caretaker was friendly and accommodating. The aircon is very cold and wifi was fast. We mainly took this trip for our dogs to run around in a safe enclosed space and swim in the pool, and I'm happy to say that this place ticks both of those criteria. Our dogs enjoyed running around the grass and swimming in the pool. The place is really worth its price and is a must recommend for pet owners. Just to nit pick, they didn't have a lot of outdoor chairs to use outside and no clothes line or hanger outside to dry wet clothes. We would definitely book the place again.

Place: The place is really nice and definitely homey. I just hope that the pool has heater too (so we can enjoy night dip without getting shivers 🤭) It is a well maintained property. Host: 1000000/10 service! She's very responsive and really knows how to maintain a good host-client relationship. +100 points that she's aware and knowledgable of the popular spots around the area. Price: you get what you paid for!! It really exceeded our expectations and without a doubt,It clearly became our fave bnb stay from our previous Highschool friends trip.

The place was nice and cozy. Although a bit hard to find (google maps is showing a different route) once you get to the villa itself, the views are amazing. The food included in the catering package was delicious and not your typical buffet menu. They had great food selections. The host was very responsive and very easy to talk to. She accommodated all my requests and even added thoughtful little touches to make my mom's surprise birthday dinner extra special. The caretakers are very nice too. Overall a lovely experience.

Place was great and spacious. Caretaker was great, he’s always ready to help with anything (opening doors, carrying things in, etc), very friendly and kind. He was always awake and felt safe. Places was also clean and even turned AC for us. We had an amazing stay. Would come back again!

Sobrang nag-enjoy po kami during our long weekend at Ms. Monica's and Sir Neil's place. Ms. Monica communicated a lot of details in advance so we knew what to expect. She gave a lot of useful recommendations about places to eat and visit around the area. Their place itself is amazing. Hindi kami nagsiksikan sa sleeping arrangements. We enjoyed the pool a lot, especially the kids. Ang dami din ibang pwedeng gawin like basketball, pool and darts. The dining hall is great! Gamit na gamit and nakapagbonding ang lahat during meal times. It was also so easy to cook sa kitchen, all utensils are provided. They responded promptly nung naubos yung gas very early in the morning, pati na yung mineral water. Nakapagfish feeding din ang mga kids and they really enjoyed it. Ms. Monica also gave us a tour of their other property - Bakal Kubo - na katabi lang. She also helped us coordinate with the nearby church for a new car's blessing. Thank you Ms. Monica and family!

Highly Recommended Stay at JM Villa! We had an amazing time at JM Villa! The property is incredibly spacious and was perfect for accommodating both our family and friends. Everyone had more than enough room to relax and enjoy themselves. The beds were soft and super comfortable, ensuring we all had a good night’s rest after a day of fun. The comfort rooms were spotless, which we really appreciated—it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority at JM Villa. A big shoutout to Myza and the caretakers for being so responsive and friendly throughout our stay. They made everything easy and ensured we felt well taken care of. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. JM Villa is a fantastic place for group getaways, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The owner was able to provide clear instructions as to how to get the unit and the unit itself was in pristine condition. There is a TV with netflix installed, some card games and a dart board which will enhance your overall stay. The location itself is pretty accessible to Clark/Pampanga area since it is only a few minutes away.

AC for the whole house is a plus. We enjoyed the ice cold AC, comfy mattresses /sofa and the large smart TV. Interior is also very aesthetic
