Lauren and Dario are super hosts, both were very responsive and communicative! The 1-bedroom home was perfect-clean, well maintained; no issues with WiFi (for work); bedroom was nice and cozy. Art work from local artists was displayed in each room with brief descriptions, this was cool! Overall, it was a great experience. I will stay here again and recommend the home to friends and family. We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute and homey, perfect for a weekend stay with my family and loved ones to celebrate my birthday. The space was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities listed, making our stay super comfortable. The host, Daniel, was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, a 10/10 experience! Thank you, Daniel we truly loved your home. can't wait to be back in the near future !

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay at Sandy’s home. Everything was as described and was in a fun part of town and an easy walk to downtown. Most importantly the house felt like home and had all the amenities we were looking for.

We had a perfect stay at Damon and Julio’s Airbnb! Our nonprofit was in town for work, and this home was ideal for our team. There was plenty of space for everyone, a wonderful kitchen that was fully stocked, and thoughtful touches throughout. A fun bonus was that there were magnetiles that helped keep the toddler in our group happily entertained! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We felt very much at home. Communication with Damon and Julio was quick and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

Super cute bungalow! Location is fantastic with two blocks in one direction to the beach and two blocks in the other direction to bars and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

We had the best time!! Everything was just as described. The view from the patio is lovely and the beach is right in front of you. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town.

Maria's place was a great find on airbnb, I need a place for my father and I to stay for the night. It was close to where my family lives in Bellflower. Would stay at Maria's place if I am ever visiting family in Bellflower.

Overall, everything was fantastic. Great location and perfect apartment to relax. Unfortunately, my car was hit while in the street parking so I’d recommend finding a good spot. Nonetheless, that is just an accident and no representation of how well the property was. Perfectly in the middle of the beach and downtown San Clemente.

We had a fantastic visit to the villa! Everything was perfect, from Kim’s communication to the comfortable bed and space to relax. We loved the location, steps away from the beach and within comfortable walking distance to restaurants. Just about a half hour drive to Disneyland, we were able to easily plan a trip there with ease during our stay. I felt like I was right at home in the villa, the moment we opened the door you are met with the scent of fresh laundry as all the towels and bedding, and throw blankets were freshly laundered. The kitchen was spotless as was the bathroom and shower. And the water pressure and temperature in the shower was fantastic! Felt great after the long days at Disney. Kim was an excellent communicator, responding quickly when we chatted. She even gave us restaurant recommendations and tips on things to do. I can’t wait to return! This property is a gem - do not hesitate to book!

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

We had a great stay at Blake and Brenda’s place. Very comfortable and sparkly clean. The apartment is in a very walkable area to all restaurants, shops and beautiful Corona Del Mar beach. This was an absolutely beautiful place and I will definitely be booking here my next time in Irvine. The place was so spacious and extremely clean. There is a patio with a gate that provided easy access for us to take the dog in and out for potty breaks. During our stay, we didn't hear any neighbors upstairs or on the sides. We loved how close the place was from the parking garage, as we had a few bags to carry. Very convenient location for us to go eat. They also upgraded the stools that aren't seen in the photos and are a lot more comfortable.

Greg was a wonderful host! His place was hands down one of the cleanest AirBNB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathtub was also incredible. The apartment doesn’t run out of hot water, so you can take as many hot baths as you want. The area felt extremely safe. As a lady, this is very important to me when I travel. The neighbors were friendly and had great things to say about Greg. Restaurants, shopping, and the beach were within a ten minute walk. I walked alone as late as 10pm and felt perfectly safe on my own. If I’m ever back in the area, I’d book here again. Highly recommend!

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and felt very safe. Nicely decorated without clutter. It’s a beautiful and easy 30 minute walk to the local beach through the Waldorf Astoria golf course. We did it twice in a week and used the free Laguna Beach transit bus from Ritz Carlton to explore.

John is a great host. He responds promptly. He comes over promptly. The place is lovely with a great view.

The stay was incredible. the condo was everything we could have hoped for. The 30 second walk to the beach and ocean breeze at night were beautiful. The home was spacious and inviting, would highly recommend.

Great communication. place was so comfortable, just like at home. cooked and ate at home, convenient to stores, beach and restaurants. watched sunsets at the Strand about 4 minutes away and visited our old hang out The Harbor House. views from the balcony was great. met several neighbors while walking the dog and all were so nice!

We traveled from the East Coast to vacation in San Clemente, California. We visited Disneyland and went whale watching. The home has very comfortable beds and furniture to relax after long days of sightseeing. There is a view of the Pacific Ocean from the dining room balcony where we watched the sunset. If you walk down the street, you arrive at the beach with a pier and restaurant. We walked up the street to find shops and restaurants, and a French bakery with amazing authentic food. Ichiro was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.
