Great stay in this condo by the beach! Our favorite thing was that the condo was just steps away from a pristine sandy beach that we had almost to ourselves for hours every morning. Compared to nearby beaches, this one was far and away the best. Michele provides beach towels and beach toys for the kiddos. Great places to eat within easy walking distance, including at the pool. The condo was cozy and comfortable and clean. Our only issue was sporadic hot water but Michele was responsive to this.

My family of five (husband, three kids ages 2 - 7) stayed at David’s place in March. I had requested to book his place due to the strong reviews and it did not disappoint. Since so much has been said already, I’ll add a few more points: - I could truly live on the screened in porch. It’s where we ate breakfast, played card games, ate dinner, watched the sun set, and stayed up reading after the kids went to bed. It had great fans and an incredible breeze. - My kids loved the wildlife at the complex - from wild roosters to lizards to giant iguanas. - The setup of the space was great - kids could sleep in the back and share their own bathroom, and adults were in the front with their own. We didn’t have exactly the same experience with the complex management as others, but David was one of the most helpful, responsive hosts I’ve ever worked with. He had great recommendations and always responded promptly. Felt like a personal tour guide!

Highly recommend! We stayed in Ariel's condo for spring break and it was perfect for our family! Our three teenagers loved the pool and being able to snorkel right outside our door. We walked to many great restaurants or take a quick taxi/bus too! All of the guests in the complex were super nice and respectful. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend the place. At the Lazy Lizard Bar we met soooo many locals. It was very entertaining. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much Livia 🥰😘

The Grandview was as advertised, quiet end of 7 Mile, with a lovely setup for a family of 4. We loved waking up to our morning coffee with the stunning views from the balcony. The pickleball was also a family fave (a major reason for choosing to book this spot ;) There were a handful of coffee shops & casual lunch spots right outside our door - as well as several fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The pool and beach were so peaceful (almost too quiet at times if you are looking for more action;) We enjoyed the swimming hole next door too, as the beach directly in front of us was really not swimmable with the rocks & surf. Our biggest complaint was not being able to walk the beach for miles - due to the sea walls on properties surrounding us, we didn’t have direct beach access to the rest of 7 Mile and were a bit secluded from access to water activities. All in all though, is a dreamy spot. Great value & perfect for getting away from it all!!

We absolutely loved Kim’s place. It checked all of our boxes: fantastic view, low-key area away from the resorts, and good snorkeling right from the beach. It is close to the grocery store and multiple good restaurants in the West Bay Area. The condo itself was great for a family of four with plenty of space, was clean, had a full kitchen, and one of the best beach balcony views I’ve ever seen. The guest book was very informative, and answered all of our questions. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We rented a car at the airport, which I highly recommend. Driving around was a lot easier than I had expected coming from the US. We’re already planning our next trip.

If you are looking for a laid back dive trip and relaxation with the best set-up in Caymans, this is the place. Fun times for everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay at Campbell’s place!! It was quiet and very nice, exactly like the photos. There was a kiddy pool for our 2 year old daughter and the beach was very private and not crowded. Campbell was very responsive when we had a problem and had a quick fix for us! Would definitely stay again!

The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

Fantastic spot! Loved that the rental came with a shuttle! The bar and grill on site is amazing and the beach is perfect for watching the sunrise! Kitchen utensils are minimal but we didn’t cook a ton so it was fine. Heads up there isn’t an ice maker but there’s ice downstairs! Absolutely loved it here and Kierra was so responsive and helpful!

This is an excellent location for those looking to stay in a local neighborhood, close to great scuba diving and snorkeling. Mitzi is very friendly, helpful and flexible. The loft is exactly as described, the AC works perfectly, and the bathroom exceeds the description.

The location was great. Right between George Town and Seven Mile Beach. While the apartment wasn’t anything special, the location definitely made up for it. Great price point. Walkable, which we loved. Pretty private beach spot. Other guests staying in the apartments were friendly and helpful with information about the island. Millicent was amazing. Always available, friendly, and accommodating. I appreciated Cline’s quick message response and willingness to call us a cab the morning of us leaving for the airport.

I've stayed in Island Pines prior, so there were no surprises for us there. The complex is lovely in that it's a quiet haven when the beach is busy with the cruise ship visitors early in the day. The pool is clean and warm and generally very quiet. The beach is exceptional. The location can't be beat...right next to Royal Palms and Coral Beach Club and you can easily walk to most any restaurant and the grocery store. The added crosswalk in front of the complex was a huge bonus this year. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-appointed. There are some beach toys, towels and snorkel gear. You can use Royal Palm's chairs for free if you let them know you're staying at Island Pines. I prefer to move a bit down the beach when it's busy, so I do wish there were beach chairs and cooler provided in the unit (you can rent and have them delivered, so it worked out). Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

This house is amazing, even better than the pictures! The house has a nice layout and gives some privacy between the bedrooms. We loved the attached bathrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, it was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The kids enjoyed the pool in the morning, and we all used it in the afternoon when we'd return home. There were lots of floaties at the house, also appreciated the snorkeling gear they had to take to the beaches. Outdoor space was wonderful, plenty of chairs, a bar area, sink and a fridge. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, also had lots of spices and coffee/tea selections. The house is in a secluded neighborhood but has lots of things in a walkable distance. The grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. Other things in a walkable distance - 2 liquor stores, Wendy's, Subway, restaurants and a pharmacy. We had a van for the week which allowed us more freedom to explore the island. Would definitely recommend this place!

Loved this little place in West Bay. Having only ever stayed in the 7mile beach corridor, this apartment allowed me to discover West Bay. Easy walk to a major grocery store. Public bus was nearby and easy to navigate. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and a slightly longer walk to Cemetery Beach was perfect. The apartment was well equipped including two beach chairs that were easy to carry. This apartment is great for a couple or a single person traveling alone.

Nigel's property was an outstanding experience. The home was beautiful, comfortable & inviting. The beach & water behind the home were the perfect setting to relax at . While these items DID NOT hinder our experience at all, they would be helpful for future guests. 1. when using the lock /unlock feature on the front door, apply a slight amount of pressure to the door above the lock. 2. When using the back screen door, the lock sticks just slightly so you must pull the door slightly harder than you would anticipate. The interior of the home was pristine. The A/C was perfect, the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable and the Lanai was everything 1 could hope for on a tropical vacation. There is even 2nd floor access from the bedrooms that allow for straight out of bed access Nigel was communicative, helpful and friendly from start to finish Final recommendation for this property, GET A RENTAL CAR. Rum Point is a distance away from most points of the island. 5***** stay Thank you Nigel!

Great house. Great location. Other reviewers are correct - you cannot just walk into the water from this beach and swim due to the rocks. We could snorkel by entering the water at the end of the dock. However, Rum Point beach down the road is an awesome swim-able beach and we went there almost every day. Chairs and umbrellas are free there. Kaibo had a really pretty restaurant that we went to twice. We drove all the way to 7 mile beach one day and actually preferred Rum Point. We also stopped at Spotts Beach and Smith Cove and still preferred Rum Point. The house was clean, plenty of beds and space for 11 of us (4 adults, 5 teens, and two kids age 5 and 2). The arcade games are a nice touch. The house feels very private due to the tall shrubbery. Neighboring houses are pretty close but it didn't bother us since we couldn't even see their yard. Had a great time and would definitely come back

Communications were great, plenty of parking with easy access to some restaurants and shopping at Camana Bay and other areas. Beach was nice and not crowded, unfortunately it is still recovering a little from the storms, but it was still accessible and relaxing. The house was very clean and had plenty of needed items for the stay. I would definitely recommend.

If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place. We could snorkel right from the house with our private beach. Gary was super nice and allowed us some flexibility in having groceries delivered before arrival (something to consider if you show up on a Sunday when the island grocery stores are closed). Would recommend a 100%!

Deniss was a great host. He responded to all our questions and requests in a timely manner. The location was great - close to groceries, liquor store and the beach. The property was at a quieter portion of Seven Mile Beach with lots of space on the beach. The property was well maintained and spacious. Would go back anytime and cannot recommend it strongly enough.

We had a great time at Amy’s place. Family/kid friendly. The place had everything we needed in terms of space/beds. Beautiful view. Full Kitchen essentials. W/D. Toys/books for kids, some water activity supplies. There was construction next door but it really did not bother us at all. Great location with easily walkable beach. Although it is was not really for swimming with kids, it was awesome for exploring rocks looking for hermit crabs. Has some walkable restaurant. Parking was tight, but super glad we had an assign spot. Definitely would recommend! And most like will try to come back!

We LOVED our week in the Caymans! We explored the island in every direction and just had the best time. Charmaine’s place was perfectly clean. Loved the beach gear, coolers, chairs, towels, etc. the pools and gym onsite were nice. Wonderful, kind neighbors! Felt so safe and quiet at night. Location was a bit tricky to get used to. Fully car dependent/no walkability. You really had to avoid rush hour mon-Friday 7-9am and 4-5pm if you wanted to head towards 7 mile beach areas, really doubled your time so just something to be mindful of. If headed N or East it was totally fine. West end is popular so just plan accordingly. Upstairs got quite warm but the fan was nice.

From the luxury linens and high end finishing and furnishings to the amazing view…wow! If you want to spoil yourself, this is a great place to do it. So many extras! Oils and vinegars, spices, cling wrap, Ziplocs and foil and generous supply of paper products. Lots of communication and recommendations from the host. The beach was too rough to swim while we were here but this was no big deal because Seven Mile Beach is only a few minutes drive away. The complex is very quiet and relaxing - we had often had the pool or beach all to ourselves. A wonderful place to spend a Caribbean Christmas with no snow!
