We stayed in the apartment in early part of February. The apartment was exactly as described and was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet residential street in the centre of Puerto del Carmen. A great location for getting about the resort and visiting the many restaurants, bars and beach. The terrace is lovely, overlooks the street and is bathed in sunshine all day. A great addition to the apartment. When we were due to leave Guillermo kindly allowed us to keep the apartment until it was time to leave for the airport. We really appreciated that. Guillermo was a great host and was always on hand should we need any help. We would certainly go back to this apartment and it is one that we genuinely recommend.

Look just like the photos, excellent location for maspalomas, and good restaurant recommendations from Fred. Well equiped kitchen, AC was helpful even in January given the apartment is primarily underground and warmed up with sun during the day. The pool was lovely and warm which our daughter really enjoyed. Thanks for a great few days!

Tussen alle lelijke appartementcomplexen op Tenerife stak dit er met hoofd en schouders bovenuit! Wat een geweldig appartement met een heerlijk uitzicht tot en met de zee in de verte. Het verwarmde zwembad was echt wel een pluspunt in de winter. Verder was er van alle basics wat voorzien, zelfs melk en fruitsap in de ijskast. Op het grote terras met de ligbedjes hebben we veel gezeten. Babystoel en bedje stonden klaar zoals gevraagd en het contact met Ana was super vlot. Ze regelde voor ons nog na vertrek de pick-up met een verhuurbedrijf dat niet was komen opdagen op onze laatste dag daar.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Wohnung! Als Familie mit drei Personen haben wir uns hier sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten – besonders der Balkon mit Markise und herrlichem Blick auf den Atlantik hat uns begeistert. Der private, bewachte Parkplatz war ebenfalls ein großes Plus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage ist ideal: sehr ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem. In etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Die Siam Mall mit Supermarkt, Restaurants und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten oder zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Co-Host Carlos war sehr freundlich, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Er gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung sowie Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in San Eugenio from Costa Adeje, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The location was absolutely perfect—central, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the modern comforts you could need. From a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely balcony, it felt like a home away from home. Everything was clean and well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Our host, Erica, was incredible—she speaks multiple languages, which made communication very easy, and was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a lovely touch that made us feel immediately at ease. Overall, I highly recommend this place fir anyone looking to stay in San Eugenio!

Super! We stayed here last year and again this year. The apartment is lovely.. it has everything you need.. it's spacious and clean. A very comfy large bed, fabulous shower, ideal kitchen and a balcony with table and chairs. It's less than 2 minutes to the nearest restaurant and bar, an ideal location. Can't wait to stay again!

Das Apartment von Daiva liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Dorfzentrum und Strand entfernt. Es ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, wo man den Abend an der frischen Luft entspannen kann. Check-In per Schlüsselbox hat problemlos funktioniert. Es fehlte an nichts in Bezug auf Ausstattung, von der vollausgestatteten Küche bis zu den gemütlichen Betten und dem modernen Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert. Wir können das Apartment jedem empfehlen.

Excellent séjour (fin janvier 2025) dans cet appartement, récemment rénové, dans un immeuble calme où les couloirs présentent un aspect un tantinet désuet. Très bon emplacement en front de mer, vue spectaculaire, beaucoup de bars et restaurants sur la promenade mais le lieu reste paisible. Gare des bus (guaguas) de Santa Catalina à une dizaine de minutes à pied. La description et les photos sont conformes à la réalité, et last but not least, l'appartement était pourvu du nécessaire pour bien commencer , bouteille de vin, eau, coca, café, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre, chips, ..., produits de nettoyage et pour lessive.

Excellent 4 night stay in Ellen’s beautiful house. Location is very peaceful in a residential area but a nice steady 10 minute stroll down to the strip where there is everything you need. Apartment very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Beautiful views . Highly recommend and great value for money. We’ve been coming to PDC for many years and stayed at some lovely places but this was one of the best. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The apartment is very handy for everything the front has to offer. All the restaurants and cafes are just down the road. The accommodation is clean and tidy and has a great view of the pool and garden and the spectacular sunsets.

Logement agréable à l'étage au dessus des propriétaires qui sont un couple de très sympathiques retraités. Arrêt de bus tout près, mais il y a peu de bus ( 4 par jour il me semble dans chaque sens).

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft, an der es nichts auszusetzen gibt. Super gelegen nahe am Strand, Supermarkt und vielen Restaurants. Sehr schnelle und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Einziger kleiner Haken: Das WiFi deckt nicht die ganze Wohnung ab, man muss deshalb auf den mobilen Datenverbrauch des Telefons achten, wenn man streamt o.ä.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing clear instructions on how to get there and a warm welcome upon arrival. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and easy access to everything. They went above and beyond with a map and amazing recommendations for local activities, which made our trip unforgettable. The house was spotless and so comfortable. All in all, a flawless 5-star experience – highly recommended!

Прекрасная, новая и безупречно чистая квартира! Уютная, приватная солнечная терраса с джакузи стала нашим любимым местом — первые три дня мы даже не спускались к общему бассейну, наслаждаясь солнцем и расслабляясь в теплой воде. Свое парковочное место в гараже — огромный плюс, а в 10 минутах ходьбы находится замечательный ресторан на берегу, где подают вкуснейшие блюда. На территории также есть подогреваемый бассейн. Все продумано до мелочей для комфортного отдыха — чистота, уют и атмосфера уединения. Минусов просто нет, только одни плюсы! Это был лучший и самый расслабляющий отдых. Victors place is well located on the resort close to entrance and pool and tennis court The property has very large garden with plenty of sun and shade if needed Lots sun beds and patio areas with chairs and tables noticed there was hot tub and barbecue Inside was great space very clean well presented a well equipped kitchen with large fridge Good size bathroom plenty of towels provided Two bedrooms with lots wardrobe space I was alone But property would easily accommodate a family Thankyou victor My stay was faultless Regards Richard

Piso fantástico con terraza muy agradable e inmejorable. Ignacio es un anfitrión excepcional. Cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado nos ha atendido al momento y muy dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que pueda. Si estás buscando un lugar agradable donde pasar unos días excelentes ya sea para relajarse o visitar la isla este lugar es el indicado.

Wir waren nun schon das vierte Jahr in Folge hier zu Gast und fühlen uns wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, die Aussicht kaum zu glauben schön. Elezar, dein Vater und die Schildkröte sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich vorstellen kann. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen und danken euch für die schöne Zeit!

Clean and comfortable accommodation at about 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Benedict was always responsive and helpful. Definitely would go back!

Very nice, comfortable, modern and clean in the heart of Corralejo. We did a lot of remote working comfortably, there are plenty of workspaces and WiFi is great. Easy to get around the town from there and close to a lot of good restaurants
