I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Had a lovely two night stay, just what we needed for a weekend getaway to relax. Loveliest of hosts, very responsive & gave us late checkout which was a lovely addition! The hot tub was lovely, and the house was very clean and had everything you could have expected! Private parking, with cctv overlooking the car which put us at ease. Would definitely come here again! ☺️

Emma’s place is simply wonderful. This is the most *homey* home away from home we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve loved all our AirBnB stays!) We were so incredibly comfortable from the moment we stepped inside to the moment we left. There were MANY extras we wouldn’t normally find (even in other 5* stays) and appreciated these greatly. Super comfy beds, fantastic location, very modern; couldn’t ask for more. After the slightest hiccup with the hot water, Emma went over and above to address it immediately (and permanently). She couldn’t have done more to make us feel settled and comfortable. Emma is very approachable and friendly. A highly recommended host and property! We chose to stay here to be close to Drayton Manor (12mins away) and had the best day. Coming back to such a cosy and comfortable home after a long day was the best tonic. We’d return without hesitation!

A great apartment within easy access to Leamington Spa. Spotlessly clean and comfy. Right behind a Tesco Express too!

Nice place, central location

Beautiful accommodation with great amenities, bin strikes in the area are causing mayhem, and mechanics close to address are leaving cars all over the road with no ryme or reason. This did not impact our stay in any major way but totally changed how I felt about the area. The agent arranged for early check inn due to an event we were attending. Easy check in and great responses from the agent. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for my friend’s birthday weekend and we had a great time!! Aneka even let us have an earlier check in so we could get things sorted for her which was lovely. The apartment & location was great!!

Good stay. Few things could have been improved but happy overall.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

Marvin was a great host, great communication, fast replies and extremely polite and respectful. The apartment itself was also great, spacious, clean and tidy. Very happy with the service and would book with Marvin again 👍

AJ restored my faith in Airbnb after having 3 bad experiences. He met me as promised at the property, was a no nose to the point host, totally legit and a really nice guy. Had no problems at the apartment, and everything from start to finish was completely smooth. Everything an Airbnb should be. I will genuinely book with AJ again next year. Great stay We were working away for 3 months and once we found Mary’s apartment we block booked for the our duration. Big spacious apartment walking to shops, pubs and restaurants. Perfect for all needs

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Jay is an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and highly accommodating. He demonstrated great flexibility by allowing me an early check-in at no additional cost. The stay was incredibly comfortable, and I never felt rushed to check out. I highly recommend Jay; he is truly outstanding, and his home is both stunning and impeccably clean.
