This house is beautiful. The garden and pool are well kept and clean. The house is also very clean with lots of communal space and private spaces if people need some quiet time. The location is good, on a Dolmus route and with a taxi button just outside. The road is noisy but the plot is completely private and we got used to the noise so it wasn't a problem for us. There is a lovely pizza place 2 mins walk away and plenty of shops and restaurants 10 mins walk away. The host is very helpful and responsive. We had a lovely stay - we did scuba diving, visited Kayakoy, Calis Beach and Butterfly Valley via the water taxi and shuttle boat service - you don't always need to book the day long trips. We enjoyed going out for the morning, relaxing back at the villa in the afternoon and going out again in the evening. We had a lovely holiday. Thank you.

Samet und seine Mutter waren super lieb und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten! Absolut zu empfehlen! Alles war wie vermutet und gemäss den Bildern. Die Unterkunft war super zentral und einfach zu erreichen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Niezwykle klimatyczne miejsce. Bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy, żeby zwiedzić okolicę. W pobliżu znajdują się dobre restauracje. Miejsce w którym można wypocząć, niedaleko do morza, o wiele spokojniej niż na samym wybrzeżu. Dzieciom najbardziej podobały się koty.

Uzun süreli konakladığımız bu ev çok huzurlu ve sakin geçti. Levent bey bize çok yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı. Elimizde olsa tatilimizi daha da uzatacağımız çok keyifli bir zaman geçirdik. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

Great location apartment was spotless. We couldn’t get tv to work and Canan’s brother arrived within minutes to sort out the problem. Would recommend. Thank you Canan for a lovely stay .

Это самое уютное жилье, которое я когда-либо снимал в Фетхие! Мы с семьей ощущали себя как дома! Совершенно точно могу рекомендовать. Профессионализм, отзывчивость и гостеприимство хозяев не имеет равных в моем рейтинге арендодателей Фетхие! Вокруг дома сад с цитрусовыми и мы были в сезон, когда зреют апельсины, при заселении нас ждал небольшой, но неожиданный сюрприз - корзина апельсинов, что очень кстати было с дороги. Так же смело можете выбирать это жилье, если у вас собачка. Хозяева - собачники.

Tatile gelirken küçükte olsa çekincelerim vardı fakat Saliha hanım olsun evin konumu ve temizliği olsun beni aşırı rahatlattı ev sahibinin vermiş oldugu gezilecek yerlerin tavsiyesi yenilecek yemeklerin restoran tavsiyesi gibi küçük gözüken ama büyük etki eden detaylarda inanılmaz işime yaradı. Çok eğlenceli zevkli ve güzel bir tatildi kendilerine teşekkür ederim…

Öncelikle Aydın Bey’e misafirperverliği için teşekkür ederiz. Ev gayet büyük ve tertemizdi . 3 yatak odasında gerek yataklar gerekse yastık , pike vs her şey düşünülmüştü . Her odada gömme dolap var . Mutfak her türlü ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı . Bahçesi gayet bakımlıydı. Özellikle barbekü ve oturma alanı çok hoşumuza gitti. Üst katta ev sahibi olmasına karşı bizi rahat ettirmek için ne bahçeyi kullandılar nede en ufak gürültü çıkardılar . Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik . Evde hem salonda hemde yatak odasında klima mevcut. Aracı olan için asla sorun değil ama eğer araçsız gelecekseniz evin konumu plaja 1200 metre . Sıcakta yürümek biraz zor olabilir . Çok güzel ve sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Gönül rahatlığıyla evi kiralayabilirsiniz. Aydın bey’e tekrar teşekkür ederiz.🙏

Mutlu is an amazing host. He and his team were responsive and very helpful from the beginning until end. The place looks exactly like the photos and the location is exactly as listed 10/10 for credibility. Kudos to the cleaning staff for keeping the place hygienic and spotless. The house and kitchen are very well equipped . You can find all you need for your stay. The neighborhood is very calm we felt like home. The place is a few minutes walk from the bus stop but a car is much recommended to move around easily. I strongly recommend!

İlk defa uygulama üzerinden yer ayarladık. Şaban Bey çok iyi bir ev sahibi hayatımda bu kadar temiz bir otel/apart görmedim. hersey anlatılanlardan da harika. evde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz hersey mevcut. Öludenize fethiye merkeze plajlara vb yerlere yakın. konum olarak çok güzel, sakın tam kafa dinlemelik. cocuklar çok mutlu oldu havuzdan hiç çıkmak istemediler . akşamları hava çok güzel oluyor hiç bunaltıcı bir hava yoktu. havuz başında akşamları uzun uzun oturup çayınızı kahvenizi icebiliyorsunuz.

We came for our honeymoon and it was absolutely everything we wanted. The house is exactly as pictured. Every possible amenity you could want is provided. We went during the off season but i imagine tourist season is similar. The village itself is quiet but within ten minutes are both Fethiye and Ölüdeniz. I would definitely recommend coming with a car if possible. And absolutely do breakfast at Mur Et Karacabey and take an afternoon to explore Tlos (45 minutes away by car).

Die Villa ist einer sehr ruhigen Lage mitten in der Natur, sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Herr Ömer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vor allem immer gut erreichbar. Zum entspannen immer wieder gerne!!!

We had a fabulous stay at the villa. Mehmet was a great host, greeting us on arrival and getting in touch every couple of days to check that all was ok. The pool was fantastic and the living space worked really well for our party of 5 adults and 3 children. There are various shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance of the villa, brilliant taxi services from a call button just outside and the larger resorts were a short and cheap ride away. Öncelikle Cevat Bey ve eşi Songül Hanıma tatil sürecimizde bize gösterdikleri ilgi ve güler yüzleri için teşekkür ederiz. İhtiyacımız olan şeyleri tedarik etme konusunda oldukça yardımcı oldular örneğin su ısıtıcı bozulduğunda hemen yenisi ile değiştirdiler. Havuz oldukça güzel ve temizdi, her gün temizliği sağlandı. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi gayet sevimli ve sıcaktı :) Mutfak malzemeleri yeterliydi. Konumu açısından Göcek Yat Limanına yakın olmasının avantajı ile yat turu yapılabilir, yakındaki İnlice Plajına gidilebilir fakat farklı aktiviteler için araç ile gelinmesi uygun olur. Bir yere gitmeyip evde kalıp havuz keyfi yapmak ve sakinliğin tadını çıkarmak isteyenler için oldukça iyi bir tercih 👌🏻

У Арифэ потрясающая вилла, которая превзошла наши ожидания. И сам хозяин очень отзывчивый и сделал максимум, чтобы наш отдых был самым лучшим. Больше всего заполнился огромный бассейн с чистой водой, глубокий, мы проводили там все время. Хорошая гриль зона, где может разместиться вся компания. У каждой комнаты своя отдельная ванная, мы были компанией 8 человек и все чувствовали себя супер комфортно. На кухне было все необходимое, и 2 больших холодильника вмещали продукты на 3 дня. Сама вилла находится чуть в отдалении от города, окружена зеленью, нет соседей, так что мы были совсем одни и могли расслабиться, никому не мешая. При этом до ближайшего магазина можно было дойти пешком (20 мин) или доехать на машине (7 мин). В доме хорошая звукоизоляция: можно было спать, пока во дворе играла музыка. Мы с радостью вернемся снова!

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!
