What a great, authentic location! Right at the river “Vecht”, close to the railway station. We brought our Swiss colleagues here for a “Dutch experience”. Worked out quite well! The host is friendly and helpful. I’d strongly recommend this location.

All good. Extremely responsive and accommodative host. Not ideal that the boat cannot be locked if you leave it. But quiet and safe neighbourhood and overall very pleasant stay in a cozy special location. Thanks a lot!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten oder etwas zu besprechen hatten, war er schnell erreichbar. Wir würden wieder kommen.

We can really recommend staying on the boat. The location is something special, sitting in the wheelhouse watching the sun go down and the boats coming and going was so relaxing, you are surrounded by water birds and the gentle sounds of the harbour. Soooo easy to get into Amsterdam on the bus and tube. If you want to see more of the area get the bus to Edam, walk to Vollendam then ferry to Marken and a bus back home, great cafes in every town and all are fascinating to walk round. We feel very lucky to have spent time on Johanna.

Amazing place to stay at, super warm and cozy, while at the same time being spacious as well. We went as a larger group of people and were very comfortable, the host is very kind and responsive as well. Will 100% be back and suggest everyone to stay at this ship :)

Leon ist super nett, immer sofort erreichbar und hatte tolle Empfelungen! Gute Kommunikation, wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall weiter!

Belle expérience atypique. Le logement est à 30min en transport d’Amsterdam (marche + train). La ville de Weesp est très agréable, avec un cadre sympathique et calme. Le logement est facile d’accès avec des parkings tout autour. Le logement est assez petit pour 5 mais fait tout de même l’affaire. Le bateau est tout à fait propre avec toute la literie de propre ainsi que toute la vaisselle. Attention la cuisine n’est pas en fonctionnement bien prévoir de manger en extérieur. Les sanitaires (douche et wc) sont relativement propres mais sont situé dans une partie extérieur au bateau. On recommande pour une expérience en dehors du commun.

The Yacht was easy to find, great location and quite peaceful. The yacht was excellent and served the very purpose for which we wanted. Communication was good and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely use them again when I visit next time 👌🏽

It was the perfect place to stay in with a group of friends! The boat is spacious, the mattresses comfortable. Very well equipped, great!

We hebben enorm genoten van het verblijf op de woonboot! We konden genieten van de rustgevende omgeving, eens de brug over genoten we van de bruisende stad (met hier en daar een carnavalsganger :) ) Van EHBO-kistje tot wasmachine, er was niks wat ontbrak! Ondanks dat Joyce niet aanwezig was kregen we een introductiefilmpje via de iPad dat zeer duidelijk was! Zeker een aanrader!

Fijne host mooie ruimte. Slaapkamertjes zijn natuurlijk wel klein. Bedden zijn goed. Geen vaatwasmachine. Vonden wij niet erg maar goed om te weten. Prachtige ligplaats.

We had an amazing time on board Xandra and Marco’s ship “de Volharding”. We stayed one night with 3 families (6 adults and 6 kids). The whole experience of spending time together on their ship was absolutely worth it, and sleeping on board a historical ship gave the trip something extra special. The kids could’t believe it. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the harbour of beautiful Muiden. On board, everything is clean, well organized and cosy. Xandra even put up a small Christmas tree full of chocolates for the kids. Due to the winter season, we didn’t sail, but after talking to Marco, we’ll definately put that in our bucket list!

Das historische Boot im Hafen von Wijk bij Duurstede hat alles was es für einen tollen Aufenthalt und eine erholsame Zeit benötigt. Es ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und sorgt für einen einzigartigen Aufenthalt. Die Umgebung ist klassisch niederländisch: ruhig, gemütlich und geprägt von Wasser und dem historischen Städtchen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung lädt zu langen Spaziergängen oder Fahrradtouren ein. Da zwei Fahrräder in der Miete inkludiert sind, ist dies problemlos vom Hafen aus möglich.

Es war ein sehr toller und schöner Aufenthalt bei Steven. Die Erfahrung auf einem Boot zu schlafen war super interessant. Steven ist ein sehr freundlicher und netter Gastgeber. Seine Bootstour ist nur zu empfehlen. Sie ist super interessant und auch sehr lustig. Zudem gibt sich Steven dabei sehr viel Mühe und bietet auch ein Picknick auf dem Boot an. In der Unterkunft hat uns der freundlichste Hund der Welt erwartet. Den wir immer gerne geknuddelt haben. Allem in allem war es ein wunderschönes Wochenende und ich kann Steven und das schöne Örtchen Weesp nur empfehlen.

Das Boot Johanna und die Kommunikation zu Sandra waren fantastisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit noch besseren Wetter. Der kleine Ort ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Amsterdam und man findet einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie viele Wander-und Radwege. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.:)
