This is a lovely place to relax and just be in nature away from it all. Close enough to village shops and other villages and restaurants and pubs. The accommodation is very clean and tidy, very comfortable sofas and chairs and excellent beds. Kitchen all the whitegoods are modern and high standard. Great location for Stonehenge and Avebury as well as Mottisfont Priory a National Trust house and grounds. The hosts seem very approachable, friendly and helpful. To be honest the only negative is getting there down a track, the house track is very well maintained and easy driving but the farm track previous to that has a hundred yards or so of very uneven surface. That said I drive a very low hung car and with care had no problems at all. Patience is definitely required though and most modern cars will have no issues.

The hosts were great at communicating prior to our arrival and let us know the place was ready for early check in if we wanted it . Lovely clean room with everything at hand . Nice added extra’s , tea , coffee , real butter and creamy milk . The location is perfect and really quiet . Great stay thank you .

We had a wonderful overnight stop at the Annex whilst walking the Clarendon Way. The accomodation was perfect... welcoming, clean and comfortable...just what we needed after a long day walking. We loved the terrace which looked out over the beautiful garden. Everything we needed was provided and we appreciated the breakfast items and fresh coffee that had been left in the kitchen for us. Rosie made us some super sandwiches to take with us the following day, they really kept us going on the long walk to Salisbury, thank you!

What a fantastic little getaway. Great location. Lulu and Russell were super helpful and friendly. The area is also lovely. The place was perfect for our time away, the hot tub was also a great way to relax. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming back.

Lovely quiet location within distance of a wide range of places to visit. The Hayloft was so comfortable, spacious and well equipped with eating and micro cooking facilities. The host had pretty much covered everything needed to create a very comfortable stay. Natalie herself is very polite, approachable, informative and responsive person. All in all a very comfortable and enjoyable experience and will most definitely be booking again very soon.

We stayed at this place just for a few days but had a wonderful time. The place was lovely and very comfortable and felt like home. The beach is just round the corner and we sat on the beach in the sun relaxing. Lots of things to do nearby, lovely walks, lovely restaurants.. we will be back!

Lovely place to stay, really easy to get into town. Very clean and thoughtfully decorated. Lots of nice touches including eggs from their chickens, toiletries & board games. Felt very homely & not too cramped, even with 5 of us staying. Hosts were really friendly and accommodating. 100% recommend!

Amaizing annexe. Kim's place is located in the quiet neighbourhood. In a walking distance to beautiful river Hamble and the local marina. It is specious, spotless and very well equipped. Decorated with a great taste. This lovely place is provided with everything you need even for a longer stay. It is conveniently placed close to Tesco extra and bus stop to Southampton and Portsmouth. Kim and Ian were very friendly and always happy to help. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Kate&Robert

Coral and John were really lovely hosts. The accommodation and parking was as described and very private, safe and secure. We really enjoyed our very relaxed mini break and would not hesitate to return. A gem of a find. Hopefully, we will be back soon! Thank you again Coral and John xx

Lovely little place and was perfect for my use. Only gripe was no working kitchen but an air fryer, kettle and toaster was available. Paul was very friendly and kindly advised a few beautiful places to visit. Would definitely stay again if the kitchen was functional.

The en-suite room "Japangie" has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Angie is very reactive to questions you have. The accommodation is clean and practical. The town centre is a 15 to 20 minute walk. "Japangie" has a wonderful private parking space!

The property was spotless and perfect for a weekend get away, would definitely be recommending to friends and family

We had a wonderful two night stay with Andrew & Jo and can’t recommend it enough. The annex has everything anybody would need, with two large bedrooms a lovely en suite bathroom and a brilliant open plan living room and dining area. An array of windows have been designed perfectly so you get all of the sun light and can see in to vast woodland. Fantastic entertainment system, which for a sports fan, I personally loved. To round it off, Andrew & Jo were warm, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We will be coming back!

The place was comfortable and clean. Miki and Prince went out of their way to help me even offering me a ride to the train station and suggestions of things to see and do in the area. They really helped me settle into Bournemouth. Kind and friendly. They set up the treadmill for me which was a great was a great exercise alternative to walking in the cold weather.

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space, it was sparklingly clean, private and was well equipped - we managed to cook a meal for some of our family. Lorraine was an attentive host, checking we were warm enough on multiple occasions (it was very chilly outside!). She was very kind to the children and made them some lovely cuddly toys which they fell in love with. There's a bunch of things to explore nearby too. We found a great farm with loads of awesome animals and ventured to some ancient castle ruins on Lorraine's recommendation. Overall, would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks again Lorraine!

We stayed at Seal Bay for a few days over New Year. The caravan was spacious for a family of 5 and has everything you need. We did a mix of cooking / eating there, and dining out too. It's easy to find and walking distance to the main complex which we did a few times. Louisa was really helpful in the run up to our booking with sorting entertainment passes and answering questions I had including recommendations for a Chinese take away ! She also helped us during the trip when I had a problem with the dishwasher, all sorted very quickly. Very happy to recommend and we would return again.

Gemma and Mark were fantastic hosts! They gave us clear instructions on how to access the house, and when we arrived, Gemma was there to warmly welcome us. She handed over the keys, gave us a great tour of the property, and shared plenty of helpful tips about the local area and things to do. It made settling in so easy! The accommodation was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Parking was conveniently right in front of the house, which was really handy. One of the highlights was having the Bombay Sapphire Distillery so close by—we could walk there and back, which made for a perfect outing! The surrounding area was absolutely beautiful, with lovely restaurants and shops nearby. We had such a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return! Plus, it’s only a 20 to 25-minute drive to the beautiful city of Winchester, which is well worth a day trip.

Had the most peaceful & relaxing stay at The Hideaway. Chocolate brownies & fresh milk on arrival was very much appreciated. Cottage is cosy, clean, well presented & well equipped with towels, hairdryer, extra bedding etc. Loved the peacefulness of the cottage. We arrived slightly earlier than expected & Rebecca was kind enough to let us check in. Also had some great food recommendations from Al. Recommend Milford on Sea & Barton on Sea for stunning coastal views. We will be back. Thanks for a great break!

Modern house with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On site parking was a bonus. Within easy walking distance of the town centre. A short drive to some stunning countryside. Cathy and Andy are next door if you need them, but gave us our privacy, which was perfect. Highly recommend.

Susan was very flexible offering us an early check in and later check out. When we arrived she greeted us and showed us around. The annexe was very clean, with everything you could possibly think of supplied (including wine and cake! which was a lovely touch). Everything was well thought out. The river view was stunning and very peaceful - perfect for a quiet getaway! It is well situated near to a small town and with great access to the new forest. We really loved our stay! We have just returned from a weekend at The Willows. We had such a wonderful time. Glynis has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. The mattress topper on the sofa bed was really comfortable for the children. Everywhere was spotless. Glynis and Ken were really relaxed and didn’t mind if we checked out a little later as there were no guests in the next day. Would definitely return. Thank you for everything Glynis and Ken.
