Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

This is my 3 rd stay 3 years in a Row for Scallop season It is central to both Regions for my preference the property is very roomy with a view to behold this is the first year we used the the dock for our boat it was wonderful Gina is always very prompt to reply to questions or needs Definitely reccomend

The house is just like the pictures, very clean, when we arrived it smelled clean. The only thing I don't consider are 2 armchairs that are considered beds but they are very small and I think the house is very spacious and it would be possible to put bunk beds next to the double beds and increase the number of people because the space in the house is excellent. We were less people and that didn't bother us. I would definitely go back...

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

Our stay was great! The heated pool and games were a hit. Christopher was great and very responsive. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I had such a nice little get away here! This place was so cute and homey, we were cozy hanging by the fire outside and in the living room watching tv or playing our board games we brought. Multiple options to choose from for the kayaks and the river was so peaceful. We also had all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. I would love to stay here again with my mom and sister, they would love it!

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Spacious. Had everything to accommodate kids including plastic kitchenware! Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too! We had fun and enjoyed the space. The host was great as well! ^_^

We enjoyed our stay. A quick paddle in the provided kayaks and we were at Hospital Hole and kayaking on the Weeki Wachee River. Plenty of room to spread out if traveling with a large group with all the comforts of home. The Upper Deck Restaurant on the River and Roger’s Park was just a few minutes walk from the house which was nice. We will definitely be staying again.

It was all good i like it in starting bed was broken she replaced it right away without any questions she bought new bed.

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We had a great time at Mermaid Landing, very relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has everything you need (bring specific spices- there was salt and oil). We used the grill and kitchen and didn’t need to go out for any food. We spent most of our days on the kayaks or outside on the patio. We aren’t experienced kayakers and had no problems navigating. The location is perfect. The host was great with communication. The house was very clean. People around were friendly. We did not see any manatees but there are many local places you can go see them as well. Lots of stores/dining close and the host had a great little binder with recommendarions. I think the people that are renting upstairs could or could not impact your stay- not that the host can control this but FYI. The first set of guests we shared with were great, the second were a bit loud. I’m a light sleeper and I had trouble sleeping. We would return to rent the whole space.

Host was very accommodating with our schedule. Place is clean and cozy to stay in, had everything we needed. Garage is a bonus. Loved kayaking up and down the river, may have to came back as we only got to see one manatees (weather was too warm for many manatees to come out.)

beautiful place in a closed off area. perfect if you have little kids! yards closed off so the kids can play or eat their breakfast outside! 😁 close to the beach ⛱️ or any stores you might need or want to go.

Me and girlfriend loved everything about this Airbnb! We will definitely be coming again in the future! To anyone who’s in the area I’d 10/10 recommend, Jorge is not lying when he says this is the “CozyNest”, clean and spacious and even came with drinks and snacks!

Such a cute and clean little Airbnb! My boyfriend and I only stayed for a short time, but it was very comfortable during our stay. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and modern kitchen. Would definitely stay again (:
