We will definitely be coming back!! This resort is a gem. It’s located on a beautiful point on a clear, quiet lake. The cabins were recently renovated and adorably decorated while still maintaining a feeling of nostalgia and a quaint cabin feeling. The pictures don’t do it justice. You feel like you’re on a boat staring out the cabin window because the water is so close. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have provided everything you would need for a fun, family getaway-games, sports equipment, a playground, a fun communal gathering space with a store, canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, etc.

We had an excellent time at Angie's place on 3rd Crow Wing in Nevis. The cabin was exactly as pictured, perfectly cozy and beautifully decorated. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked, and everything else from beds to bathrooms to the wood-burning fireplace and hot tub made the cabin perfectly inviting. Guess instructions were clear and check-in/out were easy. Would love to visit again!

Maggie was absolutely perfect! She helped provide recommendations for us for during our stay. She answered my questions promptly and with excellent information. Immensely recommend any of Maggie’s properties just because of her. The property was excellent with a great view, plenty of space, plenty of outdoor activities we could partake it right on the property. The inside was lavish but cozy, clean, and appropriate. While my partner and I were there, we kept talking about things from the home that we would want a future lake home of our own to have, and this one had them all.

We loved Pine Cone and will definitely be back. Juniper was gorgeous and super cozy - and the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. We walked on the frozen lake with our dog and enjoy a beautiful starry night. The fireplace was perfect with the super comfortable couch and chairs! We had a great short getaway - thank you!!

I can't wait to experience a different season at Fantastic Lake Place! This home was the perfect fit for a getaway with my husband, in-laws, and 2 dogs. The setting is gorgeous, the home clean, the beds comfortable, and all of the amenities you could need. It was super easy to get out on the water with the kayaks provided. Randon is a great host who gave us clear instructions on whatever we needed. If you visit in the summer, be sure to bring LOTS of bug spray. Our dogs got bitten up on walks or hanging out in the yard, so we made sure to get some pet-friendly stuff when we were in town. We knew it would be buggy, but as city people, we just underestimated what to bring. I bet being at this place in the fall would be perfect without the bugs and with all of that color in the leaves.

We had a great time. Sadly we had to leave the fish in the lake they just did not want to come home with us!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed, and it has continued to be a great location for our family. It is about 20 minutes from Bemidji, about 16 minutes to Park Rapids (Zorbaz) but great things to enjoy right in Lake George.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Being right off the lake with the crisp clean air was exactly what we needed to recharge. The Wambolts cabins are like a little gem that we didn’t expect to stumble upon and we hope to come back next year 🤗

We had a door handle malfunction on one of the bedrooms, and were unable to get back into the room when we came back to the cabin. The door was serviced in under an hour, well done! Great stay at a quiet, clean cabin on a nice body of water. Thank you!

I happened upon this cabin at the last minute; I just needed a change of scenery. I could not have been happier with every bit of my experience. The cabin was quaint in all the right ways, the views were beyond expectation, and the peacefulness and privacy were perfect. I felt like I was living a dream for the week. THANK YOU!! I work from home as an online teacher, and the Internet connection worked perfectly for me to do that there. This is my new "happy place" and I WILL be back. (Bonus, the trees showed their most brilliant colors during my time there. WOW!) Oh, and if you plan a trip, take advantage of the $25 fee to order groceries to have waiting for you when you arrive. That was an amazing perk!

This stay was great! We came for a quiet fishing/boating weekend, and that’s what we got. Big lake with stunning nature. Very peaceful and get good lakeside views every morning. The kayaks and canoes as well as the rental boats were super useful for us. Fishing was decent not amazing this time of year, but caught pike, bass and panfish only a few larger ones. Saw some deer, bald eagles and other wildlife too. Cabin was able to hold 4 of us all with beds and was very cozy. Host was very helpful in guiding us to the place and was responsive whenever we needed! Thanks for the experience!

Susan and Terry were both fantastic! Great at communicating before and during our stay, and we got some good recommendations from Terry on things to check out in the surrounding area. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our long October weekend over MEA! Susan and Rick took excellent care of us! Great location on a quiet lake. Perfect spot for day trips to Itasca and Bemidji.

The location was perfect. Near multiple beautiful lakes and within a 20min drive to Bemidji. The house is well thought out with plenty of space for a larger group to share together. The fire pit out back is perfect for an evening relaxing at the end of a long day. We loved our time spent there and look forward to returning soon.

Really nice cabin stay for the winter time. The fireplace made it a great environment and the setting was very quiet and private.
