This clean one-BHK apartment has three beds, all the basic amenities, and a balcony. And it's very close to the nearest beach, which is relatively clean compared to other public beaches. The view of the sea from the rooftop is a cherry on top. The locality is filled with hotels, so most of the faces you'll see are of tourists. Puri is a small city, so every place is within 4-5 km from any point in the town; hence, reachability is not a problem. Also, If you're a tourist from out of state and want to try good home-cooked Odia meals, the caretaker who lives in the same building can provide you with the same at very decent rates. Overall, it was a very comforting and pleasant experience for my family and me at the Jagganath Kutir apartment, and I thank the host for this booking.

The place was nice and clean. Dr Suman was an excellent host and very accommodative & helpful. We stayed for 3 days and she used to enquire over WA or Phone to find out if our stay was comfortable and we needed some help. The caretaker Bishnu was also very responsive. We liked the décor and aesthetics of the flat. The flat had all probable amenities that any guest may need like kitchen knives, chopping board, pressure cooker, other utensils, tea strainer, mixer-grinder, even wipers were there in the bathroom. Though it was not needed, but there was a mosquito repellent in every room. The view from the flat balcony was great though it didn't had sea-view. The food from restaurants within the complex was good and there is a restaurant right nest to the tower on ground floor. I would recommend to hire a scooty to freely move around Puri though e-rickshaws are available from the main gate maybe after little waiting. The beach is around 500m from the main gate and less crowded than others.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and everything looked great. There was a slight delay in check-in, but it was totally understandable. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we had to leave within an hour, so we couldn’t experience the place fully. However, we would love to book again in the future!

a great place to stay near Puri. very clean, private and has all the necessary amenities. there's a restaurant in the apartment complex which is an added advantage the apartment had all the facilities listed. check in and checkout was easy, and the we could even cook in the kitchen if needed with the provided grocery items.

It is a very great and affordable place to stay in puri, Especially the care taker is very kind and helpful and had helped us throughout the stay with every possible thing, host was also kind enough to check on us everyday. But The resort had monkeys and lift of the building is also stuck at any floors because of the lift gate defect. Otherwise everything is good about this place and also has many amenities.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ankit's modern apartment. Very comfortable flat, very suitable for couples.Only pity of the noice caused by ongoing constructions in the building. Beach, tempel, restaurants, streetfood, vegetable/fruit stallls and station, are all at walkable distance. Communication with host went smoothly.

The stay was great. Not too far away from the main beach, but still near a secluded area. The room had all the amenities needed, and the stay was nice and cozy. Had a wonderful stay and will surely be back for more.

We spent two wonderful nights at this place, and it felt like a home away from home. The host thoughtfully took care of every little detail, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Since we often travel to Puri Dham, I’m already looking forward to returning to this lovely spot next time. It made a difference in our experience!

Good to stay but 2.5 km from Swargaduar. Travel to swargaduar is hectic by unprofessional auto and toto. The attitude and behaviour was not good.
