A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

we had the most wonderful stay at and I'm eager to share my experience. From the moment we stepped in, it was clear that this wasn't just any accommodation; The hosts greeted us with open arms, making us feel like long - lost family. The landlady, a warm - hearted woman, surprised us with a afternoon tea, which was a perfect start to our stay. The hosts have two cute grandchildren. The landlord, who works as a police officer, offered to drive us to the monastery at a very reasonable price. His kindness and helpfulness really added to the charm of our trip. все было супер) зимой конечно приходится ночью подкидывать дрова в печь, чтобы было тепло. но это везде, где печное отопление. дрова были немного мокрые, хочется, чтобы было больше сухих дров. есть вся посуда, масло, соль и даже хлопья для завтрака! бокалы и стояла красивая ёлка! нам все понравилось

Great place with lovely hosts. Uliana is a great hostess and can make an excellent meal, better than at any restaurant we tried in Kutaisi so definitely worth a try, just ask in advance. We stayed with our baby under one years old for six weeks and had everything we needed, crib, high chair and they even installed a baby swing on the porch which was covered in grape leaves and beautiful. The terrace is the best, very open and green, but we were there in August and early September so usually it was way too hot to enjoy for us northerners, get outside and have your coffee and breakfast early before the heat. We didn’t have a car so we would either take a bolt or go with the hosts into town when they were going to get groceries for the week, sometimes it took a while for a bolt to respond so keep that in mind you do need to drive to get to any stores but there are also taxi apps too and it wasn’t an issue.

Kristine is very responsive, and her home is beautiful and cozy. The view outside is absolutely stunning! The environment is very peaceful, with the sound of roosters crowing and birds chirping in the morning—it's so relaxing. If you don't like the noise of the city and prefer a peaceful environment, this place is definitely a great choice.

Very big house with a well stocked kitchen, 2 big bedrooms, a bathroom, and a great balcony overlooking their lovely garden. Marina the aunt is a very nice person, generous, and quiet. She speak little English, but we could still understand one another. The hosts treated us with homemade wine, fresh fruits from the garden, and even khacapuri. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I recommend spending a few nights there for relaxing and breathing fresh air.
