awesome place to have a family gathering. open space enable everyone to have there own area and yet we still remained close to mi gle with one another. The pool area was just the right size and the evening breeze was a welcomed treat. The kareoke machine was a hit as well as the card and board games. The area was safe and walkable to enjoy the property. Highly recommended for your large family gatherings. Will definitely be returning for future events.

The place was very easy to find. We were greeted by their very helpful and friendly staff Kuya Dodong. The house was amazing! All the rooms were clean and tidy, bedsheets and linens were neatly placed and smelled nice too! We had lots of fun cooking in the very spacious kitchen and had our Media Noche in the dining hall with a view. Greatly recommended place. Very helpful staff and will definitely recommend to friends and family who are seeking a very nice stay in Tagaytay.

I know that there are so many choices if you want to stay around Cavinti. I actually don’t know how I managed to stick with talking to the owner, but it was totally worth it. The place was so beautiful and private. Tatang who assisted us was extremely kind and accommodating. I have no negative comments. As in! The price was totally worth it. Even the owner recommended some places to visit and things to do. If I go back to the Philippines, I would love to visit the place again. Some of my relatives have already asked me about it, and they want to go back immediately! We actually wanted to stay longer, but we have kids with classes and exams. Everything was awesome. I hope everyone can read my review. It was definitely great! Nature, Peaceful, Private, The place was all to ourselves! Recommended!

Beautiful lake view, nice pool and garden, relaxing jacuzzi, comfortable rooms, and exciting boat ride! Only down side is the microwave that was not working and which the caretaker did not know how to fix.

This was a repeat booking and it was even better than the previous stay. The place is bigger, so we were able to bring a bigger family. My family was extremely pleased and satisfied with the amenities. We had a very relaxing time. The beach was calming, the noise all natural, an idyllic getaway. We are returning again, definitely, my mother already declared!

14 members of our family stayed here and the place was very relaxing with a beautiful view and plenty of activities to do. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The assistants there were extremely kind and helpful. Overall, it was the best experience with a good place to be with your family and friends

Ingrid was responsive thru chat. Also, Ms. Wilma was easy to communicate to. The place was nice, clean room and CR. The building itself was located at the back of Venice mall and they have a back door going to the main entrance of the mall. Worth the price! 🥰

An incredible gem, so cozy that I felt right at home. I spent a week and every time I was coming back to the flat, I felt like I was really coming home. And the view... unbeatable! Breathtaking view of the city skyline from the balcony, gorgeous sunsets and also sunrise colors overlooking the nearby volcano. And Don himself is an amazing host - went out of his way to help me check in, super quick to respond and overall a genuinely nice person. Couldn't recommend his place more - and I *for sure* will look to book this again next time I'm in town!

Nice stay!

The view is very beautiful and the unit is clean. You will feel relaxed in the unit. It is a complete package for you to enjoy. There is a lot of things to do. The only problem is their kitchen sink that over flow. It ruined my whole stay in the unit. There is no mop that I can used to clean the water. I have to used my two towels to drain the overflow sink. I can not used the microwave oven because the glass is already broken. The kitchen lights is already spoiled. The extra slippers is very old. The kitchenware is not complete. It is not really advisable to cook. I already talked to the Host and advise to them to fix everything therefore the next guest will not experience this. Their unit is really great. It so happen their previous guest spoil their unit and even the sink. I still recommend their place

We had a fantastic stay at Caesar’s apartment in Uptown Parksuites, Taguig. The condo on the 31st floor of Tower 2 offers stunning views and is in a great location. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The building itself is secure, with convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. Caesar was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at this beautiful private getaway place was well worth it! The place is thoughtfully designed, with stylish interiors and a relaxing atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the multiple beds and bathrooms made our stay extra convenient. The private pool was a fantastic bonus with levels applicable for kids and adults! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Few things to note, bring your own toiletries, towels, pump for floaties. thank you again, we had a blast!

I randomly checked out this accommodation and asked Paulo all the questions I had, which he answered very promptly. We were looking for a place away from buildings and vehicles, and this one was exactly what we were looking for! Just expect a 15-20 minute trek—there’s a caretaker who will guide you. When we arrived, it was raining, so be careful as the path can get slippery. But once you reach the place, it’s so beautiful. Overall, our stay was private, and both the host and the caretaker were very accommodating. The signal is intermittent, but that’s to be expected given the location. Tip: You may ask the caretaker to buy things you need, but be sure to maximize the effort he’s putting in, as it’s difficult to go back and forth. And of course, tipping is key! We’ll definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We had a great time at Nelle’s place. Except for the neighbours videoke. The place is clean, and Ate the caretaker is nice and attendant to our every needs. Extra blanket would be nice since it gets cold during the night.

Great place for a relaxing staycation away from the city! The villa was clean and just right for us, with no water and electricity interruptions. We also enjoyed kayaking and other sports (basketball and table tennis), and the friendly staff made our stay even better, assisting us with the common kitchen as well. My favorite spot was the swing and chairs while admiring the lake. Highly recommended! Few tips and reco: *Bring a Smart Sim, as the Globe signal is weak to none in the parking and lake areas. The villa has WiFi broadband, but there was no connection—possibly out of load. Need to reload or still ask the host. *Mosquitoes and flies can get in at night—bring insect repellent. The host may consider adding insecutor outside or inside the villa or providing a handheld racket mosquito killer *No reachable outlets on the second floor/attic—an extension cord will be handy and use it beside the overhead AC. We’ll definitely visit again if we’re in the area!
