⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at The Birch House! We had another fantastic stay at The Birch House by Nichole & Steffan! This place is everything you could want in an Airbnb—clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing between adventures. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The home is well-stocked with everything needed to cook a couple of meals, and the master bath shower is amazing—a perfect way to refresh after a long day. It's also a short drive to Ely, which made it super convenient since most of our trip was planned around that area. We've stayed here a few times now, and the hosts are always incredibly organized and thoughtful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and welcoming home base. Large, very private spot close to many activities. Responsive hostess made us very comfortable.

We were up in the Superior/Duluth area for cross country ski races at Spirt Mountain. Sara’s place is an easy drive and just 13 minutes from Spirit Mountain. We also enjoyed going to the indoor Miller Hill Mall in Duluth which is less than 20 minutes away. They are many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby too. We appreciated Sara’s place being pet friendly and enjoyed a dog park and paved walking trail just 5 mins from the house. Inside the house is comfortable, bright, and clean. Thanks for the great stay!

This was exactly what we are looking for. Private and easy to get to. House was very comfortable. My son and I also enjoyed the snowshoes! Would definitely stay again.

INCREDIBLY KID FRIENDLY! This house was perfect for my family with an infant and toddler! My toddler had some toys and books to play with and my infant had access to a pack and play and a high chair! We will look for this listing first anytime we make our way back to Duluth!

We spent two nights in this cabin and never wanted to leave! What a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of Lake Superior and the rocky coast of Minnesota. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are beautiful. This place is perfectly laid out for a family and friends group. We can't wait to return.

Simple cabin right near the Brule River. It was comfortable and had a nice kitchen. With the snow, it definitely beat camping. Its proximity to fishing locations is why I chose it. Definitely made it easy to get on the river early.

Our stay was VERY peaceful and comfortable. The house had so much to offer for amenities. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, lots of kitchen stuff to make homemade meals, huge back porch, very spacious, & just all around perfect for us. We even finished a puzzle that was at the house in the board game cubby while staying haha Super nice, helpful, easy to get ahold of Host! Great deal for how much the home and host has to offer for a great comfortable stay! Thank You!

This is either our 2nd or third time staying at Greg's place and it is perfect for us. Located in a very peaceful area and near much of what Duluth has to offer us. Greg was always quick to respond to any questions we had and a super host. We would definitely book there again!!

Viv’s place was very homey - I loved all the local art throughout the space. Had everything we needed and was clean. Easy to find even after walking from the ferry without cell service. :) On our way out, we already wanted to plan our next trip back to Madeline Island! With the location, I highly recommend bringing your car (as Viv suggested) or at least your own bikes since the rental place closes early. I’d definitely stay here again but would bring my own pillow. The ones provided were firmer than I’m used to, but my partner had no issues! Thank you, Viv!!

Great place to stay! Everything is exactly how it looked in the pictures. Everything you’ll want to get to is within a 20 minute drive! Very helpful hosts!!

We (couple) came to ski the Pepsi Challenge race and this unit was perfect for our needs. You are about 7 minutes from Giants Ridge and close to a grocery store and eating options. I would say for a couple this unit is a great fit. The kitchen is solid and the eating bar is the sole spot to eat so would be tight for more than 2 people.

Kelly’s family’s cozy Airbnb was perfect for an overnight getaway to Duluth. It’s well-situated maybe 5-10 mins from downtown Duluth but nestled in a quiet, peaceful wooded area right outside Proctor. Airbnb was well-heated and had an electric or gas fireplace for extra warmth if needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils - I made an entire Valentine’s Day dinner with what they had available! Bathroom was large and comfortable as well with lots of towels and some shower supplies available as well. This spot is well-decorated and has a binder with clear instructions for check-in / check-out, as well as local recommendations for food & activities nearby for people newer to the area. Would give it 10 stars if I could! I’ll be back anytime I’m in the Duluth area. Thank you! 😌💕
