We found the house to be more than we had hoped for. The whole house was in excellent condition. The outdoor space was awesome. I would recommend the property to my family and friends.

We stayed at Hamzeh’s home for a little under two months while our home underwent construction with our family of 5. The home was beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was large and open concept which made supervising my kids while preparing meals a comparative breeze. The absolute best thing about this house was its location for us. We are Livermore locals and my husband was born and raised in Springtown which is just down the hill. Our absolute favorite place to hike in the area is Morgan Territory regional preserve which is a few short minutes up the hill from the property. I will never forget our peaceful time at this home watching my children hike on the property and learning to appreciate nature. Hamzeh was such a warm and kind host and I look forward to recommending this property to family and friends in the future.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

Our stay with Javier was nothing short of exceptional. Located in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to everything. Javier was very responsive although we had everything we needed when I needed to extend our stay he responded quickly. Everything we needed was stocked in house the only thing we needed to bring was food. He had extra blankets, pillows sheet and towels we needed for absolutely nothing. And lastly they were pet friendly. We would definitely book again if needed

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Bethany was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!
