Our stay was very pleasant, everything was fine. However, it's important to note that each villa contains a total of three apartments, which might matter for those looking for more privacy.

Es ist ein außergewöhnlich schönes, komfortables, privates und entspannendes Anwesen in den Hügeln oberhalb von Sant‘ Ambrogio. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Pool fantastisch. Selbst im November konnten wir den Pool bei 16 Grad täglich kurz genießen. Im Haus und auf dem Grundstück ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es liegt sehr ruhig und man braucht ein Auto. Der Esel auf dem Grundstück daneben freut sich über Möhren oder einen Apfel. Der wunderschöne Ort Cefalù ist sehr zu empfehlen. Der Vater von Salvatore, Stefano, war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar und ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der eine ruhige und private Unterkunft sucht, die trotzdem nicht weit vom Meer entfernt liegt. Auch das Hinterland mit seinen schönen Bergdörfern rund um den Pizzo Carbonara hat uns gut gefallen.

We cannot thank Florianna and Roberto enough for their warm, kind and generous hospitality. It goes beyond what we have experienced before whilst staying away from home. We arrived to fresh cakes and Aperol( the best we have tasted..!) and recommendations from Roberto. The house was clean, simple and very spacious. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Das gesamte Grundstück inklusive dem Haus, dem großzügigen Garten und dem tollen Swimming Pool haben uns sehr überzeugt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Man hatte das Gefühl auf einem kleinen Stückchen „Paradies“ angekommen zu sein. Tatsächlich waren sowohl der Pool, als auch der Garten in Realität noch schöner, als auf den Fotos hier. Die Lage ist super. Alles (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Feinkost, Cafés, Restaurants …) ist fußläufig erreichbar und die kleine Badebucht ist authentisch, paradiesisch und schön. Clemente ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war top, er antwortet sehr schnell und ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Für uns gabs es viel frisches Obst, leckeres Gebäck aus Terrasini, die gesamte Zeit frisches Trinkwasser und Café. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Sowohl mit großen, als auch mit kleineren Kindern, eine kleine, feine grüne Oase.

Gorgeous location, fabulous hosts - nothing was too much trouble. A really lovely family who gave great recommendations and were so helpful in general. The view is far better than described you can actually see the sea from the terrace. A great family break!

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

We very much enjoyed our week's stay at Citta del Mare-Perla del Golfo. We were met by the hosts who showed us the house and a private swimming spot which was amazing and which we used every day. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Guido was very responsive to our questions and provided restaurant suggestions and other advice. Two great finds from the area are the Maniaci Bakery in Terrasini, and the Latteria Serra Alla Faccia del Cacciocavallo near Terrasini. The only negative was a bar a couple of streets away that played loud music at times, but it fortunately never went very late. We would stay there again.

We loved Giuseppe's place. It was peaceful, clean, comfortable for two of us and steps from the beach. It was too cool to use the pool when we were there in early November, and that was no surprise. There was parking inside the gate and having a car is necessary to visit the area around his location. Selinunte, Trapani, Castelvetrano and Marsala are all within an hour's drive, so it was a great place for visiting western Sicily. We had an excellent experience and appreciated the special touches of wine and fresh fruit upon our arrival. We would consider using his place again for future visits to the Menfi area. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft gleich neben Lorenzo und seiner Frau sehr wohl gefühlt. die Unterkunft ist klein und fein und der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. der Blick ist wunderschön, ob morgens zum Kaffee oder am Abend beleuchtet. das Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre. fußläufig sind es ca 20 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Cefalu. bis zum nächsten Steinstrand sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

L’espace extérieur avec la piscine, la douche extérieure et les chaises est incroyable et la vue est magnifique. L’appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos de l’annonce. L’hôte est très gentil et répond très rapidement lorsque nous avons des questions ou besoin de ses recommandations. Merci pour tout!

Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen auf einem Hügel mit wundervollem Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung wobei man volle Privatsphäre geniessen kann. Wir waren sogar einmal am Meer in Cefalù und sind extra früher nach Hause gekommen da uns die Aussicht und der Pool in der Unterkunft besser gefallen haben. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig abseits von Cefalù darum ist ein Auto zwinged um auch etwas ausserhalt der Unterkunft unternehmen zu können. Auf jeden Fall würden wir wieder buchen!

A very unique and special villa, full of family history. Each room has something to look at and obviously tells a story. Very well presented,. with everything you’ll need for a fun family holiday, including a pool. Geri, the host was incredibly helpful with advice on local amenities, restaurants and recommendations. A really lovely host that was always available if we needed him and even organised a fabulous lunch for our arrival. Definitely hire a car as lots of lovely beaches to explore along the coast line and the mountain views are spectacular. Bags of history and sites to visit. Top tip. If you plan on going into central Palermo, take the train as unless you're used to it, the driving is next level nuts ;) The villa has a super friendly cat that visits daily - the kids loved him ❤️ We also did an overnight in Syracuse and Ortigia which we absolutely loved. It's a good 3 hour drive so worth an extra day or two if you're visting for a while.

Stiamo stati veramente bene a casa Vostra. La villa è veramente confortevole, comoda, spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Adatta a tutte le persone che desiderano trascorrere una vera vacanza all’insegna del relax e del silenzio assoluto. Un bagno per ogni piano consente di essere autonomi e sbrigativi nei ritmi estivi. I proprietari sono stati molto attenti e presenti in tutto, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, per quel poco che abbiamo richiesto. La piscina meravigliosa, a sfioro vista mare, di nuovissima costruzione. L’invenzione della panca dentro l’acqua ti permette di rilassarti ed ammirare l’infinità bellezza del mare. Eccezionale, fatta veramente bene, con gusto. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché finito il nostro soggiorno Paolo ci ha resi partecipi di un nuovo progetto per la casa. Stava per creare un nuovo angolo per i bambini ed una zona home fitness, con tapirulan, ciclette e attrezzi per fare yoga. Lo consigliamo!

Our stay for a group of 11 went so smoothly from beginning to end. We were greeted at the property at our arrival time (based on watching our flight land) so that we could properly acquaint ourselves with the entire property. We got local recommendations, weather updates and we were treated to the magnificent view! I did not want to leave! I would love to return right now!

One of our most favourite Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in! Antonio’s place is simply stunning, you can tell the love he has put into every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The view is incredible - so many little spots around the property to take in the view from. The house is so clean and decorated so beautifully. The drive into Cefalu feels quick and easy and it’s nice to escape the crowds at the end of the day and go to a place where no one else is around. And Antonio is the best host ever! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. He is so kind and caring and wants nothing more than to make your stay as good as it can possibly be. Truly a wonderful man. We absolutely loved our stay here. Book this place as soon as possible!

I am happy for choosing Natalia's house not only of the wonderful view, the well-kept fruit garden, the constantly cleaned pool, the peace, the functional and comfortable spaces, but most of all because of the host Natalia and her family, who showed the most beautiful features of Sicilian people. From the beginning of communication, any question or problem I had was handled with great care and delicacy: be it "where to buy fish?" or "help with the car tire". Upon arrival, a fridge full of drinks, snacks, fruit, and wine was waiting for us. The smallest detail has been taken care of, so it is impossible not to fall in love with these hosts and with their home. Of course, there are a few things to consider: a car is essential, and sometimes the smell of sheep farms comes through. We travel by our own car, so the spacious parking space was a big plus. The huge fenced yard allowed our poodle to have fun. I will never forget the hospitality of Natalia and this family🙏🤗😍

Our stay at Isen & Nino‘s was amazing. The house with its huge and well kept garden with orange and lemon trees is very spacious and modern. A big plus was having three separate bed-rooms, especially bigger families will benefit from that. Communication was easy and the area beautiful - we went for a peaceful time in between wine yards and away from mass tourism. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Lietta, a beautiful, spacious and peaceful villa. Even better than we expected. The pool was amazing with plenty of different areas to sit in the garden. We were warmly greeted by Andrea’s family who couldn’t have been more charming and though we didn’t actually meet Andrea himself he was extremely helpful in so many ways - offering us invaluable advice and recommendations. We would definitely recommend to anyone to stay in this lovely villa.

Amazing place to stay with family. Very quiet and relaxing area. House is beautifully maintained and lots of garden space to relax. Riccardo has great local recommendations to enjoy local foods as well as locations to visit. With a rental car Palermo centre is 20 minutes away, so if distance is a factor then this villa is still worthwhile.

We have just come back from a lovely stay at Gianpolo’s Villa Blu in Mondello. Great peaceful location and a short walk to the beautiful seaside. We were travelling with 3 young children, they felt at home immediately and enjoyed their first experience of Italy in Sicily! Gianpolo and his family were great hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and getting lots of great recommendations for our 1 week stay. The house is just like in the pictures: very modern and clean. Would not hesitate to come back again and re-live the exact same holiday we just had! Many thanks Gianpaolo & Vittoria for making us feel welcomed and all your advice this past week!!

Fabrizio, was so helpful from the moment we booked. The place did not have a booking the day before so he happily allowed us to check in several hours early. Salvatore warmly welcomed us at the property and gave us a tour. Cathy then got in touch to ask if there was anything we needed and she was a great help with all the hundreds of questions I had about where to eat, how to get taxis, fun places to go in Palermo etc. The house and grounds are huge and every bedroom has its own en-suite. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and lots of towels provided. Kitchen was well appointed which allowed us to cook meals with ease and there was cute tablecloths so we could dress the table and make it feel special. During our stay an item was accidentally damaged and they were very understanding and we were able to sort it out. I really appreciated that. It really felt like a home and with the fantastic service and care I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Thank you!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Es war alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern. Auch an Ausstattung war alles da, was man brauchte. Endlich mal genug Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck! Liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet, da hat sich jemand Gedanken gemacht. Wir waren erst die zweiten Mieter in dem Objekt, also alles neu. Die Nähe zum Meer ist klasse und man kommt auch zu Fuß in den kleinen Ort, wo es alles gibt: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Restaurants, Eisläden, frischen Fisch… Der Pool wird zweimal pro Woche geprüft und gereinigt, ein Gärtner kam auch. Es gibt zwei kleine Dinge zu beanstanden, aber über die kann man locker hinwegsehen, da der Aufenthalt trotzdem toll war: es gibt keine Spülmaschine, (das ist schon etwas nervig, wenn man zu fünft isst und sich selbst versorgt) und es kläffen sehr viele Hunde aus der Nachbarschaft. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Elektrische Jalousien und Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum haben sich die Wärme gut erträglich gemacht.
