Sam's apartment is as described. The balcony is covered and large which is rare to find in the cbd. The space is quiet even though it's just a stones throw away from Southern Cross station.

Clean and tidy apartment, most fabulous host - very quick to respond and most helpful to all our needs. Was able to organise 2 sets of keys, 2 car parks and got us a new toaster straight away after the original one failed 😍

Robyn is nice and easygoing. Her place is clean and cozy. It is convenient to go around to other places within the city. Thanks so much for this wonderful place and we will certainly consider this when we visit melbourne next time.

Great stay with a very accommodating host who allowed us an earlier check in and luggage hold which was a major help. Perfect location with easy accessibility to public transport. Clean and comfortable stay. I would suggest maybe a portable stand fan in the bedroom but perfect otherwise. Will definitely be booking again, Thanks Frazer and team!

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Staying with Melanie was an absolute dream. The little apartment has its own entrance so it feels private but the garden is shared which is really nice! It was cosy, airy and everything was so beautifully curated, Mel has great taste in interior design. Coffee and tea provided as well as a little milk! We felt right at home it really was the most beautiful stay. I will be staying again next time I come for sure. Thank you Melanie.

If you are a large family/party, this is the perfect place to base yourself to explore the Peninsula. Great location (15min drive to Sorrento, 30min drive to The Pillars) with supermarket round the corner, extremely spacious, and fantastic amenities. The area is private and peaceful. The pool table, bar area, and pizza oven are great for family nights in. Would definitely stay again!

Great sized house and very well stocked with clean and good quality dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding and everything else you need for a lovely stay. Hayley was a fantastic host. Instructions were clear and made finding and getting into the property super easy. We were also impressed with her responsiveness for a couple of questions we had one our first day. Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

A perfect base for us whilst visiting family, High Point shopping centre is right opposite, access to lovely river walk is just across the road. private parking and a fantastic terrace with great views of the city skyline.

Lovely little apartment with an incredible view and super close to the train station. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and close to lots of amenities (supermarket, shops) and of course just across from the train station making our journey to Avalon Airshow super easy. Gorgeous views of Docklands, especially at sunset and night. Aster was an incredibly attentive host, very quick to message back with any inquiries. 10/10 would stay again.

I had an event in the convention centre while I was there which made the location incredibly convenient. Simon was very welcoming and helpful with a fantastic cafe recommendation. Would absolutely stay again.
