We really enjoyed our stay-the condo is beautiful and spacious. The pools and hot tubs on the property are well maintained and clean. The location is very convenient with great beach access and local restaurants nearby.

Beautiful condo. Absolutely first rate experience and very good communication from the owner. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

Jerry was easy to communicate with and answer questions. Place is as described. Only downfall is that there is construction of new building going on next to pool area and also they charge you to take a trailer with jetskis for parking. But besides that all is Great. Do recommend. Safe location and well enjoyed views and pool area.

This was such a great place. It’s convenient to the airport, and easy to find. It was so beautifully decorated! Plus, it was very clean! I would definitely book with Debbie again!

We had an amazing stay at Flora's house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and right by the pool, which was fantastic for us parents because we were able to enjoy some alone time while keeping an eye on our son from the patio. Flora thought of everything; the little details made us feel right at home. The humidifier made a huge difference for us! The floor plan was great, and the condo felt like a luxurious beachside retreat. My family and I will definitely book again. Thanks, Flora!

Spacious and beautiful! Our family had a wonderful stay at Jerry’s place. Great location, great property with so much to do and the condo had everything we needed! Definitely will stay again.

It was so nice to walk in and have everything just ready to go. The view was the best part of the stay. Seeing the sunrise right the window was beautiful. The bedrooms were both very large! The second bedroom had 2 queen beds and still lots of room to move. The place was fresh and clean. And modern. It was nice to have the small appliances as well (blender toaster etc). Accessing was so easy. Just drove up gave out name at the gate. And we were given our parking pass and off we went. The pools were nice. And Lourdes were so quick to respond and answer questions. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to a South Padre Island.

Absolutely no complaints. My family stayed at the condo for 3 nights 2/2025. The condo was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed having the full kitchen, two bathrooms, and laundry. The grounds are well maintained and there is 24 hour security at the street. We will definitely book again should we find ourselves in South Padre Island.

Very good location, dog friendly and very quiet compared to a hotel. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. We plan on staying here again, loved it.

The place was super cute super clean right on the water. It would be a great place to stay when you’re in that area. She was very helpful. Very nice and very understanding of my issue.

Super nice cozy place but could have been a little cleaner. The smell when we first got there was awful musky. We found the humidity thing and cleaned it but it was full full. Then we also had to buy light bulbs for the bathroom. Only 1 working light bulb in the bathroom when we arrived

Loved the privacy of the property and how secure it is at night, great for family and kids.

David’s place was absolutely perfect and felt like home. He was also very responsive. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay in Cheryl's condo which has everything you could want and more, it's very well appointed. Great location on the island as well as within the property. The view and proximity to the beach can't be beat.

We absolutely loved staying at Ruben’s place at SPI! It was the perfect getaway. The condo looked just like the pictures and was located near great restaurants and bars with a short walk to the beach. It was peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. We can’t wait to book this place again!

There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room. Nice pool and hot tube. Definitely would stay here again. I had a couple of questions before we actually got there, and Carlos was fast to respond. I guess if I "had to" complain about anything it was when getting in the gate it is awkward to get to the keypad and had to get out of my car. Not that big of deal and not Carlos' fault. The room was great. The facilities were great. The fire alarm in the building kept going off and had to evacuate a few times both early and evening. That was the only downside to the building itself.

The condo meet my families expectations and more! We had the best time and the condo had plenty of space, very clean, and stunning views from the balcony! Debbie our host was awesome, very attentive and responded quickly! We have rented many condos in the past 10 or so years and have never came across a host such as Debbie! Thank you for your great hospitality Debbie and for providing my family a memorable vacation! 🏝🥰😁🏖

I have only 1 minor detail. The door code given on the app was 0215 The actual door code is 0251. It was obtained after a brief, helpful phone call to Devra. Other than that, the Condo meet & exceeded our family's expectations. We will definitely be back. I love your place!!!!!

Serena is an excellent host, really appreciate every details she left in the apartment so we can use in our stay. She resolved every doubt I had. Everything was very clean and in an excellent state. Thank you Serena!

Great condo with all the amenities. Brought our boat and with the onsite docks it was very easy to enjoy.
