Every time I come to Portland, I make sure I can get the Cozy Craftsman. I love how it feels remote and it's peaceful and serene at night.

I had a wonderful stay at Sygarry’s place. The private bedroom and bathroom provided the perfect level of comfort and privacy. The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance to downtown/PSU and had easy access to transportation options like buses, street cars, and the Max. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Portland!

We love staying at Laurie's lakeside apartment. It is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well supplied for cooking. The view off the deck is incomparable and Laurie and Van are delightful hosts. Very generous in inviting us to enjoy the yard, the dock, the chickens. Our local family enjoy spending an afternoon and dinner with us at the lake as much as we enjoy visiting them! We feel very lucky to have found this gem. Always A plus.

Beautiful townhouse with all the amenities you need. Great location to the Vancouver waterfront. Love that you can park a car in the garage. Gorgeous kitchen, comfy beds, we felt right at home!

Visiting Kathy, her family, and her animals are one of the best things that happened to me and my fiancé this year. Peaceful, private hideout farm with all the elements you can expect from a luxury Airbnb. For a tech person like me, working remotely from here has been extremely productive, even healing! If you talk with Kathy, she will even show you how to interact with animals and observe the migration of the endangered birds coming here everyday. Truly magnificent experience.

We adored the quiet with sounds from the river, the homey interior with such travel wanderlust, and the responsive host who made sure we could get in after a delayed flight. The scenery and location for the price cannot be beat! Thank you to Donna and Darylynn, we had a wonderful trip and hope to come back for longer next time.

Great location and value! Marcus was a great host and even recommended a wonderful restaurant. The place is nice and clean. Close location to downtown and private. Only noise we heard was a few dogs in the neighborhood! Would definitely recommend to all!

If you like steelhead fishing then this is a dream come true! You couldn’t be any closer to the river and there’s fish directly in front which took a day to figure out since the trask is a short drive. The house was stocked with things you wouldn’t expect like spices and all things necessary to cook. The driveway is steep but a small price to pay for DIRECT access to the river. Host was great and available if any issues popped up.

This was the perfect location for our family gathering. Near to groceries and activities, and plenty of living space for our family. Elders stayed upstairs and more agile family members downstairs. Spectacular river views morning, noon and night. A true delight! We hope to return.

Very private location but still close to everything - a total gem—tucked away, peaceful, and so Portland in the best way. Every window looks out onto lush green views that made me feel like I was living in a treehouse (but, like, with great plumbing and an excellent vinyl collection). Inside, very cozy and stylish, with a record player and stacks of hand-picked albums, AND the hot tub? Yes. Every single night. Soaking surrounded by trees was easily the highlight of my stay. It’s incredibly quiet—just birds, breezes, and occasional record crackles. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, nature-filled stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place for families as our daughter found the toy stash very quickly and it helped her keep her entertained while we were able to have some moments of relaxation.

We have stayed at the River House multiple times in the past, now the house has been beautifully updated with a new deck, hot tub and furnishings. The home is even more comfortable than before. It was very hard to leave and we look forward to our next visit.

This is a very nice home. Older but it has been taken great care of. The host has it set up just right for all the things we needed. Would stay again.

We couldn't have been happier! The townhouse was so comfortable, so clean, so well-appointed and so quiet that we immediately felt right at home. Helen is definitely a Superhost: she made every part of the rental easy and comfortable.

What I appreciated the most was how accurately Taylor described his home as well as how complete yet easy to digest his instructions were. I also appreciated the swift response to some questions. Really beautiful condo! We're so happy we chose Taylor's place!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! The bubbling brook provided a restful atmosphere, especially while enjoying a meal in the dining room or coffee in the balcony. Beddings and linens were plush and smelled clean. Our host was friendly and proactive, reaching out with instructions regarding check in and check out, and kept in touch with us. We also appreciated having a designated off street and covered parking spot. We highly recommend this condo and host. And would love to stay here again the next time we’re in the Salem/ Portland area!
