Volvería sin dudas! el departamento es hermoso y muy cómodo. Tenía todo para ir a la playa, hasta juguetes para niños. Jens es muy buen anfitrión. El servicio de parking que ofrece el lugar no era muy bueno pero justo hubo un cambio de empresa en mi estadía y se noto la diferencia en el cambio, ya que los nuevos trabajadores eran más amables y cordiales con el trato.

I liked everything about the hotel it comes with a microwave, fridge, utensils, & a washer/dryer it gives more of a home vibe, I liked the balcony & how it already have chairs out (the other room I booked wasn’t as spacious) . I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooftop and view was phenomenal. Our only disappointment is that we only stayed for one night as we were just stopping through! We will definitely be interested in staying again. Thanks for hosting us!

We really enjoyed the stay. Totally recommend and would come back for sure. The location is top. Nice room, nice bathroom, a lot of things to use as shampoo, conditioner, shower cream, body lotion, hair dryer.. If you’re a looking for a place to stay in a good location, that’s the place. The only thing for us it was that the hotel is not connected with the kitchen or the bar so we don’t have amenities to use. Besides that, all good.

I had a positive experience during my stay at Vincenzo's property. The unit was impeccably maintained, and the cleanliness was evident throughout. The property is managed as a hybrid hotel and Airbnb, which provides the convenience of hotel-like amenities while offering the privacy of a private residence. Guests should note that, similar to hotel accommodations, check-in procedures are required, and the unit remains exclusively theirs for the duration of their stay. One area for improvement would be the bathroom, which could benefit from a remodel. There is visible black mold on the ceiling, and the hot water supply requires a wait time of approximately 20 minutes before it reaches optimal temperature. Additionally, water pressure can be inconsistent, which may pose a challenge for some guests. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, and I would recommend Vincenzo's property to future travelers seeking a

Great stay! Right around the corner from South Beach. The hotel provided beach towels and beach chairs, which I loved! Cute room, great pay. Nice bar downstairs. Loved the aesthetic. Great and quick communication. Would come back!

Great spot! The neighborhood doesn't have a lot going on, but its a quick walk to downtown and central to other great neighborhoods in Miami. The rooms really cute and clean and check in was easy. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you are staying around the Hollywood Boardwalk! Had all amenities listed and Rich was very responsive and kind. Literally a 45 second walk to the beach. Walking distance to a Mart and Liquor store. Had many restaurants around and a few seconds walk to Haagen-Dazs if ya feelin a lil dessert. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Love love this place!!! I have stayed at The President Hotel and The Penguin and both are so clean and nice!! The staff is extremely friendly and always helps you if you need it. I would stay there everytime I visit South Beach!

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

I loved the location of this place. It's close to the beach for easy back and forth if needed. Also loved that we had 2 chairs an umbrella and cooler to use for our time there. I would definitely stay here again. Jeff made sure we were always satisfied and if we needed anything he was on it immediately.
