Gary was incredibly responsive and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. We had a concern with the outdoor fireplace not lighting and he had it looked at that same night and arranged to have a part replaced the next day. He has a beautiful home and it is cozy and inviting. Our family of 7 made meals and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and available storage. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return.

Excellent condo, just as described. Great amenities, lap pool, hot tub. Karin was super responsive. Zero issues. A perfect stay. Would repeat definitely 10/10.

Great place, comfy beds, fun complex/resort. Had a little snafu receiving the check in instructions on time but the host remedied that asap so still recommend and would re-book in the future.

Beautiful and spacious place. We brought our 4 kids and felt so comfortable and at home! I appreciated the power strips, night lights, labeled switches and box fan for use. Loved the stocked kitchen, made cooking possible! Super clean, great location! Bottom unit with grassy area outside porch so kids can play. Quiet area. Exterior of the building/community and pools definitely needs some attention and updating, but inside was great! Pool was fun but ice cold and we loved the walking paths and parks! We’d love to stay again in the future!

Awesome place! Everything you need for a family was available(cookware, lots of beds, washer/dryer, etc). Swimming pool location in walking distance. Lots of activities close by. Definitely will stay again in the future if available.

This was our first time using a Air BNB. We loved it. We stayed a month and other than having to buy a couple of things for kitchen, we had all we needed. Easy to get to main roads from this location. Tia was such a friendly host. Zero complaints!

I am a traveling RN and only stayed at the house when I was sleeping, but I LOVED the giant tub & everything was very clean and it had a lot of extra amenities that were helpful. I was able to wash my scrubs while I was there and the fridge had lots of condiments. Great little place in easy to get to location! It has everything you would need!

Amazing Studio , modern updates , and safe location for a reasonable price. To find the resort style stay without breaking the bank feels impossible, but this remodeled Green Valley Resort feel was GREAT! New appliances , Big Smart Tv, laundry appliances , and nice furniture ! I will definitely be staying here again on my future trips to Sunny Stg! P.s. the pool right outside the back patio door!!!

Devin’s place was super clean and as described. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked to be able to cook. It was quiet and a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it! They answered our questions and always kept in touch. We felt very comfortable and safe. The view from the balcony is very nice and the place is quiet and beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable. We found everything in the kitchen. The bathrooms and beds were clean. Our stay was really nice, we enjoyed it very much. I recommend it 100%

We enjoyed our stay in Stephanie's place. It was clean and comfortable for our family to come stay during our soccer tournament. We loved the convenience to the interstate, yet the quietness of the streets around the area.

The place was incredibly clean, comfortable and spacious. Our family loved the access to the pool, hot tub and pickleball courts. The place was quiet and family friendly. Very accessible to things to do around St George. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great experiencie at Golden's place. Everything was like the description. Clear instructions and clean space. We definitely recommend it to orhers. The great amenities was a plus. Golden was a very responsive host and made sure we enjoy our stay.
