We had a great time in Kevin's house. It's located in a quiet country neighborhood only about 17 minutes from High Point Market. Very clean and well equipped. So much more relaxed than a hotel stay. We cooked in a couple of nights, the kitchen was very well stocked. It was too cool to try the pool, but it looked great. We would definitely consider it the next time we are in the High Point area.

This was the perfect stay for my swim team. It met all of our expectations and was extremely comforting for my team after a long day at the pool. There were things for the team to do to unwind and relax. The rooms were very comfortable and everyone felt right at home. The kitchen was exactly what we needed as it provided everything our parents needed to cook great meals for the team each evening. This was the perfect stay for us. We were looking for a place where our larger family and family dog could relax over a long college graduation weekend. This farmhouse provided just that! Teri was an amazing host and responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed the historic feel of the interior and beautiful outside settings for morning walks and evenings by the fire pit. We were in town fir the NC East vs West All Star Football Game and this was the perfect location to be near to all of the weekend festivities. We felt right at home, the home was so comfortable and had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Loved the downstairs area with the fenced in back yard. Allison was so nice and allowed us to check out a little later due to our son's game being in the afternoon. Highly recommend staying here, beautiful home with a wonderful host. It was exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked kitchen. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This home was perfect for us and my family , we came to Greensboro to surprise my Dad for his birthday. The home was great for accommodating my family for our stay out there , highly recommend this spot for large groups . You always want a space that’s just right where everyone is happy and also where you feel as no one is on top of each other , thank you Nathan for sharing your home .

Our stay was short, but great for the time we were there. We had one dog and having a fenced-in run was so nice. Also the backyard is very big and would be great if you have kids. If a large group stayed in the house, I think you’d find the screened-in porch fabulous. The host was very responsive to any of the minor questions we had. Thank you so much for sharing your home.

We LOVED staying in Eli's home. Our son got married this weekend, and we chose his home due to the location and the amenities if offered. It was more beautiful than we imagined! Big wrap around porch, beautiful yard, hot tub, screened in porch, a big screen TV in the living room, and comfortable beds. We felt very much at home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home to rent in this area.

Pam and Robert provided such a wonderful home for us to gather for our family thanksgiving. We had an incredible time and they were so accommodating and responsive. The place was reasonably priced and that peaceful beautiful back deck was worth the price alone. We would love to return if we are staying in the area again.

The house was perfect! It had enough rooms and beds for my guests. It was the perfect place for my birthdat get together. Dylan answered all my questions and also kept me inform about any changes. I will rent from Dylan again for a family stay!

Jay and Tia's place was phenomenal!! I pictures accurately depict the space but almost don't do it justice! It is just so beautiful, clean, roomy and welcoming! The home was spacious and smelled delicious! The neighborhood was easy to find and quiet and the back deck and yard provided more than enough room to visit, enjoy nature and have fun! Jay was proactive and thoughtful, immediately checking in with me upon arrival. He knew we intended to use the pool and even though it had been cleaned the previous day, a hurricane rolled through the night before and resulted in debris filling the pool. He was generous in offering to have the pool cleaned again the following morning so we would have at least some time to enjoy it. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, polite and accommodating and the home was wonderful. The small details like water, popcorn and hygiene items that some people had forgotten, were a nice personal touch! We would love to come back to this home again!

The house was exactly as expected—beautiful, spacious, and easy to access. It was in a great location for visiting our key spots in both High Point and Greensboro. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful, making the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again if available!

My family and I were extremely satisfied with all that Drew's property had to offer. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores, but secluded at the same time. Plenty of space for my family of 14 ranging from 2 to 74. My sister uses a wheelchair and was able to navigate the most important or required areas (both living rooms, bathrooms, dining area, and kitchen) of the house. We traveled from other parts of NC, VA, and FL. We are looking forward to staying again one day; maybe when the pool is available during the summer! For large groups, this is the place! Hot water for all to shower, too!
