We stayed a family of 9 including 3 children, we had the best time, toilets on every floor was amazing, only one shower but they did not bother us at all. A great korean style bbq near by, we had a great stay! Host was always communicating with us.. ☺️ clean facilities

Airbnb need to come up with another level of host for Yasuhiro! Yasu went above and beyond Superhost status with his consideration, care, and thoughtfulness throughout our stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has all the services and appliances you might need. The neighbourhood is nicely removed from the frenetic centre of Tokyo and it was a blessing at the end of a day’s tourism to come back to Nogata’s quiet and bustling community. Such a pleasure to have experienced Tokyo this way.

Great location which is just a short walk to the subway. Short train ride to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Yet quiet and peaceful. The personal parking was a big plus for us as we were driving. And the washer with dryer was really convenient. Place was neat and clean. Miho was responsive and instructions were clear. A hidden gem in the heart of Tokyo.

Highly recommend this place! Best location (walking distance to station), lots of local good dining options and away from the busy tourist crowd. Our kids love it here as well, quite spacious for Japan and 8 of us were comfortable at this cozy place. The host was nice and responsive.

The location was great, walking distance to shinjuku city and two train stations. Apartment was clean and accurately described. Although there’s a train track tight next to the building, it didn’t bother us. Hosts were nice and responsive. We were lucky to get a late checkout. Overall highly recommended!

This home was perfect for us and was the best we stayed on our trip. Being on the first floor was extremely convenient with lots of bags. Very close to convenient stores and restaurants away from busier areas making it super convenient to get things without waiting in long lines. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable too! The washer/dryer combo was great to have considering most places are air dry here. Hosts were extremely responsive, had detailed instructions, and provided recommendations. We encountered no issues on our stay here.

Amazing location – just a few minutes’ walk to the vibrant heart of Shibuya, yet tucked away in a quiet area perfect for relaxing. The host and his team are professional, and very thoughtful, with a dedicated guide channel offering detailed recommendations for nearby food spots and attractions. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, with a great washing machine and fridge. The balcony is lovely for enjoying the view and unwinding. I honestly wished I could stay a few more days in Tokyo to enjoy this unit more. Truly worth it!

We LOVED our stay at Toritsu-Kasei. We spent a month there, 3 adults and 2 kids, and even though we were 3 generations in one apartment, the place is so spacious, silent, and comfortable that we were all feeling at home since day 1. The property had everything we needed for daily life, the beds are comfortable, the tatami-room is beautiful, the rooftop is super pleasant (you even get a view of Mount Fuji on clear days), and there are conbinis and supermarkets nearby. The nearest station (Toritsu-Kasei, on the Seibu-Shinjuku Line) is a short walk away, and it takes around 20 minutes to Shinjuku by train (30 min if you count the walk to the station and some minutes waiting for the train). That means you get a very residential and calm experience, with easy access to the city center when needed. We loved exploring the local parks and sentos! I was sad when we left because I had already grew attached to the apartment and the neighborhood, and I would certainly stay there again!!

Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft in einem netten, zentral gelegenen Viertel von Tokyo mit Liebe fürs Detail. Hier hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Obwohl es eine kleine Unterkunft ist, ist die Ausstattung super, mit Gepäck ist es auch problemlos hierhin zu gelangen. Der Bahnhof liegt nur 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In Shinjuku und Shibuya ist man schnell. Aber auch so ist man schnell überall in Tokyo. In der Nähe ist ein 7/11, ein Lawson und ein Family Mart. Es gibt auch nette Shops und schöne Cafés und Restaurants um die Unterkunft herum. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Top preis/leistungsverhältnis. Für 2 Reisende, die eine gut bezahlbare, saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft suchen super :)

Ryo’s Shimokitazawa apartment is small and simple, but perfectly formed for a stay in a real neighbourhood and leaving feeling like you’ve had a glimpse of local life. A breath of fresh air after the hyper nature of places like Shinjuku, it’s a lively and super safe neighbourhood with fantastic vintage and bespoke shopping, cool and numerous little bars and restaurants, a great supermarket to cater cooking back in the apartment, and not overly touristy. Ryo is a fantastic host and I loved his comms from his messages to the brilliantly written house rules. I hope to stay again Ryo!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr toll, extrem vielfältig und dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr gut erreichbar, wir haben aber auch zu Fuß sehr viel unternommen und es war sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Für Besucherinnen ist es hilfreich zu wissen, dass das Zimmer sehr klein ist. Gepäck kann im geräumigen Schrank untergebracht werden. Wir schlafen sehr gut auf den Matratzen. Allerdings ist es für Menschen, die das nicht kennen, manchmal etwas hart. Die Bettwäsche war sehr gemütlich. Die Waschmaschine war ein Pluspunkt nach der anstrengenden Flugreise. Einziger negativer Punkt: Die Ecken im Badezimmer waren etwas staubig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen und freuen uns, dass wir da sein durften.

Wir waren mit unserer 1 Jahre alten Tochter bei Hitomi. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und für unsere Tochter gab es sehr viel tolles Spielzeug. Alles war sauber und wir konnten uns nach den aufregenden und eindrucksvollen Straßen Tokios gut in der Unterkunft erholen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder beim nächsten Japan besuch. 10/10

The place was in perfect condition, exactly how the pictures portrayed. Our host was extremely responsive. We even needed to push our reservation back by 1 day due to flights and they were very accommodating. It was also a great location to a train station, as well as a 7/11 and grocery store to get food. Host provided easy check in procedures a d helped provide a guide to get from airport to Airbnb. Would stay again.

Great location next to Okubo Koreatown, lots of great food options, and conveniently located off the main Yamanote line train. Also, walkable to Shinjuku, so if you're into late nights you don't need to rush home. The space was super comfy, and despite being off the main street, was very quiet and peaceful!

Premium was the best host! Incredibly welcoming, communication was fantastic and very kind. The apartment was centrally located in a wonderful location. Surprisingly very quiet home. Would absolutely love to stay here again when I return to Tokyo

This was a truly beautiful home! The large windows offered amazing views, and we all had a lot of space to relax. I’d stay here again in an instant!

We stayed here as a family of 3 with a 5-year-old daughter. Everything was great, and we would gladly stay there again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants fast access to everything Tokyo has to offer.

This is an excellent option for exploring the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. It's an easy walk from Shin-Okubo train station, and is in the heart of Korea Town - so surrounded by great restaurants. A taxi to Shinjuku was cheap and easy, or you can take JR or a subway. The directions on Google maps was perfect, and the host was very helpful and an excellent communicator.

Great place, exactly as described. Location is amazing. Very quiet, yet just a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya. We loved staying there and would go back next time we visit Tokyo. Thank you!
