This is a tailor-made experience organized thoughtfully to fit any age and any taste. We set a perfect timing to pass the river privately, to enjoy it to the fullest undisturbed by the big companies. On our way downstream we take several stops for refreshment and extra activities, like swimming and exploring the hidden waterfalls. Dive into the Olive Oil & Wine tradition in Split. Visit my family farm, learn about the ancient process to produce olive oil and wine and try the best bites of our gastronomy. It is a true Dalmatian story FROM FARM TO TABLE. You will be guests at my family property that we own since 1537 located just next to the old fortress of Klis (GoT Meereen City), to see the beautiful nature, olive groves, vineyards and orchards. I will explain to you how much effort and patience you need to make oil and wine produce from olives and grapes. I am pleased to share my knowledge, passion and tradition that extends through my family story. At farm also you can enjoy in presence of domestic animals as chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs. Collect chicken eggs or feed the rabbits to fell as a real farmer. Then we go to the tavern where I'll explain how the remains of grapes produce schnapps. You will have the opportunity to see the old tools for farming, old wooden wine barrels, old style fireplace, brick oven and etc. After that all we need is to enjoy in homemade products such as vine, schnapps, smoked meat, olive oil, cheese and breathtaking views in intimate small group in complete privacy. You will learn how to make many types of homemade pasta in a real laboratory of pasta, reviewed among the "best 10 pastificio in Rome" . We will start with handmade pasta, made with different kind of flours: like ancient grain Triticum Monococcum, Grano Saraceno (buckwheat) and wholemeal flour. We will do thin sheets dough, explanation of safe food cutting procedures, realization of three types of ravioli, tortellini, fettuccine with two typical Italian sauces. The experience includes a delicious tasting of local cheese and Italian Prosecco. We can also accomodate GLUTEN allergy guests and VEGAN guests for a very tasty fresh pasta. We will cook all pasta and the sauces made during the class, eating our different kind of pasta done, sipping good Italian wine. An express tiramisu preparation will follow as a dessert. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

We will show you our squero (our gondole laboratory), where we restore and handcraft gondole. We will also introduce you to the world of Venetian boats, explaining their characteristics and peculiarities. After this brief introduction, we will teach you how to row with ancient techniques and show you how to use the oars and other tools in order to have a safe and accurate rowing experience :) This experience is suitable for everyone and at any age.

After taking a personal break to become a dad in 2023, I am now again available to share this unique experience with you in 2024 and I couldn't be happier. During our day, we'll be visiting one of the last remaining oyster farms in Mali Ston, where a protected species of oysters grows. Join us on the farm and learn everything about the life of an oyster. How are they grown, farmed and brought to your table in a restaurant. You will taste these oysters with a glass of homemade wine. On the hot summer days, we can swim in the Adriatic sea, to refresh your day. Now and then, I dive in for the oysters and you are more than welcome to join me. Afterward, you will have some free time in Ston to explore the salt fields and the second-longest walls/fortifications in the world, or sit down for a meal or a wine tasting. A small family restaurant in the middle of the town makes it a perfect stop for us to enjoy some local food, taste wines and see what ice cream made of wine tastes like. As our day comes to an end with our drive towards Dubrovnik, you will now know much more about the world-famous oysters of Mali Ston. We will explore my vineyard, passing trough the orchard and the cave where I collect seasonal products (vegetables, cheese and charcuterie). Once in the wine cellar, we will start the tasting of 4 house wines (red and white) and I will explain the production process. Later, on the panoramic terrace just in front of the winery, we will eat some fresh salami and cheese plates that I produce. After caves we will visit biggest sandy beach in area on LOPUD island and there we will have biggest stop from 1 - 1.5 h, depending on time spend in frist two spots. We start an evening with the preparation of the dough of PANZEROTTI a typical delicacy from Apulia and in the meantime we see how to prepare SPRITZ. Certainly will not miss the Italian language lesson and stories about Polignano and Italy. Finally, we fry panzerotti and frittelle and your dinner on the terrace is ready. This is a tailor-made experience organized thoughtfully to fit any age and any taste. We set a perfect timing to pass the river privately, to enjoy it to the fullest undisturbed by the big companies. Therefore, we take small, almost private groups to provide only the best to our guests. Itinerary: We meet up in the center of Split or pick up guests in front of their accommodation. After an hour ride through the Dalmatian countryside, we get to our start point where we prepare the equipment and take a fast course in rafting skills. The rafting itself lasts for 3.5-4 hrs. Our guests get to feel the dynamic of the water from still and clear to excting rapids (class 2-3). On our way downstream we take several stops for refreshment and extra activities, like swimming and exploring the hidden waterfalls. They are completely optional and you get to choose which one you want to do. If you decide to skip some, you can just relax, sip the beer and enjoy the scenery. For saving the best moments we provide GoPro photo & video materials free of charge. Last stop will be Positano, as you approach Positano from the sea or along the winding coastal road, the first thing that captures your attention is its vertical landscape. At the beginning we will meet in small village Virpazar where you will have a welcome drink and where I will briefly tell you the significance of this historic place from the 12 th century. After that we will take a wooden boat tour of Skadar Lake.The first place we will visit is the beautiful Lesendro fortress, at the heart of the beautifull Skadar Lake . I will tell you an interesting story about this fortress that is also called “Key to the Skadar Lake”, as it was meant to ensure safe trade and fishing for the local inhabitants. Then we will cross fishing trails, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Skadar lake , observe nature and birds (pelican, stork, duck, seagulls). You will have the opportunity to enjoy the beauties of the village of Vranjina, then we will pass by the small islands which can only be reached by boat. If guest express their desire we can visit some beaches that are only accesible by boat, where you can enjoy nice swimming and sunbathing. Then with a slow ride we continue our adventure towards to the initial destination.
