Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We'll meet in Florence, where a driver will take you to our farm in just 45 minutes. What will we do? 1) Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history with plenty of opportunities to capture stunning photos.  You may even meet our friendly, domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2) Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white, red, aged straight from the barrel, and "Vin Santo" a classic sweet wine. You’ll also sample our premium olive oil and watch a short film about our mission. You'll have the chance to purchase wines at exclusive cellar prices or order them to ship. 3) The final part is all about making fresh pasta! Raffaella or Laura will teach you how to craft it using authentic techniques, then cook all your pasta together (it won't be possible to do individual cooking) to enjoy it as a group at a long table, just like a traditional Italian family. Our organic wine will accompany the meal. We'll be around 20 participants for an authentic Italian experience. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The round trip to Florence has a cost of 20 Euro per person to be paid directly to the driver by card before the return journey.

THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Paseo a caballo y cata de vinos en la Toscana

We will pick you up from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch. Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour back to our Ranch. After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and then we will drive you to the Villa (by van - only 3 min drive) where you will continue with the second part of the experience. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

This is a unique Italian cooking class, I will open my house located in an elegant palace located in one of the most prestigious areas in the center of Milan, full of art paintings and antique furniture that come from the family Palladian Palace, you will taste there mouth-watering traditional Italian dishes and recipes that you have prepared: pasta ravioli and tiramisu. I will teach you how to make the most famous and delicious noodles and ravioli with filling from a Michelin chef's recipe, the secrets of the unique and classic tiramisu, a family recipe that follows that of its only creator: a soft, sweet, tasty and unique tiramisu!!! Very easy to reach: subway blue line just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna -Via Foppa stop. Cooking for one's family is a tradition handed down for generations. When Grandma Bruna is too tired she will be replaced by her daughter or grandchildren. 12 hours in advance we will send an email with the name of the teacher, but if you want only Grandma Bruna as teacher I cannot assure 12 hours in advance.

We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as: -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine and a lot more :) A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together some amazing pasta dishes. I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta! We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes! This Class is suitable for vegetarians. Please note: open classes would not be suitable for gluten free and dairy free, I’m sorry about that. Here, you'll have the opportunity to delve into the region's essence and gain insights into specific wines directly from the winery owners and winemakers. Throughout the day, immerse yourself in the world of organic wines, learning about vine management and the intricate winemaking process. Enjoy the privilege of tasting wines straight from the barrels. During the tasting and lunch, be prepared to savor generous pours of various wines, so it's advisable to pace yourself. A refreshing Tuscan lunch, reflecting the season, will be served—featuring an array of appetizers, a pasta course, and a dessert. If you have any dietary restrictions, we'll make every effort to accommodate you (bringing a snack might be a good idea, just in case). THIS IS A FRIENDLY COOKING EXPERIENCE. You'll be welcomed into a typical Italian home where you'll learn how to make homemade Sicilian and Northern Italian pasta. I'll share with you the secrets of my grandmother and my family for easily making delicious homemade pasta: tortelli, fettuccine or spaghetti, rigatoni, garganelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with eggs or water) and tasty bruschette classic and with Sicilian touch. And, Dulcis in Fundo (last but not least), we'll make my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend a great time together cooking, eating, laughing, sharing stories, and especially talking about food, which is one of our favorite topics in Italy.
