Morning Corralejo beach yoga classes are creative and soft mindful flow yoga classes with yin elements, that bring balance to our body and mind. The movements are linked to the breath and classes are started with variations of sun salutations to warm and prepare our bodies for more intense stretching done towards the end of the class. The practice is gentle yet refreshing with plenty of modifications to make yoga accessible for everyone. I favour verbal cues and avoid any hands-on adjustments. Mats are disinfected after each use. PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor yoga class on a PUBLIC BEACH. The weather conditions and distractions around us are OUT OF MY/OUR CONTROL. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to practice yoga. The classes are undertaken at your own risk, and I am not liable for any injuries that may incur. Please note that the classes are NOT SUITABLE if you are pregnant or have a serious injury! La experiencia para principiantes ha sido diseñada para permitir que aquellos que nunca han cogido olas se acerquen al mundo del surf por primera vez con total seguridad y con una sonrisa al tener la oportunidad de ser seguido profesionalmente por instructores calificados (ISA). Nuestro deseo de transmitir nuestra pasión a cada persona nos diferencia, organizamos una sola experiencia para que cada persona tenga la oportunidad de aprender todas las nociones que se proporcionan durante la actividad. Esta experiencia dura 4 horas en total, desde el punto de encuentro en el punto de partida hasta el mismo punto de partida. El precio incluye alquiler de equipos (tabla de surf / correa / traje de neopreno), traslados y agua. Lo que vamos a hacer es fácil, empezaremos por la mañana a recoger las tablas y trajes de tela, elegiremos cuál será el lugar perfecto para nuestro nivel, descargaremos el equipamiento, comenzaremos con la clase de teory en la playa(15 min.) calentarse y saltar al agua agarrando lo que aprendemos en la playa, luego terminaremos la lección haciendo un buen estiramiento. Acompáñame a recorrer uno de los senderos más hermosos de Fuerteventura a caballo y a crear recuerdos que no olvidarás. Montaremos por la costa noroeste de la isla, entre las montañas desérticas y el mar. Divisaremos playas salvajes con el atardecer ante nuestros ojos o de la mañana bonita con el arte fresquito empezamos el día de mejor forma. Después del paseo compartimos una merienda y refrescos en la finca.

We provide everything you need, including comfortable seating pillows, enchanting fairy lights, and a stunning decoration that will leave you breathless. Our picnic package includes a delicious array of picnic food, carefully selected to delight your taste buds. You'll indulge in a selection of cheeses, cold meat cuts, different nuts, variety of vegetables, olives, breadsticks, a variety of freshly cut fruits, bread, and traditional Canary sauces. We've also got an array of refreshing drinks to choose from, such as traditional sparkling wine Cava or white/red wine, as well as water. La experiencia se adapta a todos los niveles, con actividades antes (calentamiento) y después del surf (estiramiento). Para los principiantes (con softop) consejos de video básicos analizados o los más experimentados (con tablero corto) para cualquier movimiento corporal que quieran mejorar o acentuar con videos profesionales para que comprendan en detalle qué ejercicios hacer afuera y luego mejorar automáticamente en el agua. En caso de necesidad (condiciones grandes y adversas u otros problemas) existe la posibilidad de tener otro instructor de soporte bien calificado. Al final del día, puede hacer un recorrido sobre cómo construir y reparar tablas de surf tratando de responder a cualquier deficiencia o duda sobre la forma o el mantenimiento que debe tener. Otros aspectos destacables El primer día, si es necesario alquilar el equipo, la reunión es en el mismo punto pero a las 9:30 a.m.

Have you ever wanted to see the Grand Canyon but you know it's still there on the bucket list? Well let me take you on a tour of a ''miniature version of the Grand Canyon'' or at least that's what my guests have called it hehe :D Discover with me a beautiful natural formation that even some locals do not know about it. Fuerteventura is a magical place that has much more to offer than just sand and rocks and I will be more than happy to share these vibes with you :D Other things to note The tour is easy but for better discovering i suggest you take proper shoes for walking. Don't forget your camera for amazing pictures. :)

- At 9:00 every morning we meet in the center of Corralejo. I have the Ebikes fully charged and ready. I make sure you get the right frame size and adjust your seat and suspension. Then I will explain you how the Ebike work, and give you a safety instruction. You are then ready to practice on a small secluded square before we set off. - The Ebike tour is about 50 km, and our objective is to go from one coast (Corralejo) to the other coast (El Cotillo) - Along the way we climb through the volcanoes between Corralejo and Lajares, and I will constantly tell you about the island, its history and off course the present. - In the small local village of Lajares we make a short stop to drink a zip of water and if needed to use the toilet. - We then set of for the next leg of the tour. I take you cross-country, trough empty river beds and easy to climb hills to the fishing village 'El Cotillo' on the west coast of the island. - In El Cotillo I take you to the best coffee bar in town, where they also have warm croissants and amazing fresh smoothies! - The panoramic gravel road back to Corralejo takes you along crystal clear lagoons, white beaches and the lighthouse. - Half way this track we run into one of the oldest towns of the Island. It's called Majanicho. - From there it’s only another 10 km to make it back to Corralejo. Smell the sea, feel the energy of Fuerteventura

Durante una caminata de 4 horas exploraremos el hermoso paisaje volcánico en el norte de Fuerteventura. Al mismo tiempo vamos a equilibrar y centrar nuestras energías con pequeños ejercicios de mindfulness. Comenzamos nuestro Mindful Walk en Lajares y tomamos una ruta diferente para llegar al pico del volcán a la comúnmente conocida. Toda la caminata con los ejercicios de la mente dura aproximadamente 3,5-4 horas con un pequeño descanso en la cima para disfrutar de las increíbles vistas. Con mis conocimientos sobre energía y trabajo mental, te guiaré a través de nuestro Mindful Walk y los ejercicios. Nuestro objetivo es reconectarnos con la naturaleza, sentirnos bien plantados en la tierra y despejar nuestras mentes para realinear nuestro enfoque en lo que importa. Mientras que caminamos y exploramos, compartiré mis conocimientos sobre la isla volcánica contigo. Hello customers, this amazing experience is suitable for all levels, the meeting before the surf lesson will be where you prefer, for example from your accomodation or bar... than ready to go to the beach, the course is about 3 hours and with my experience in the island we choose the best surf spots of Fuerteventura island depending on level , waves conditions and tides, (exmple:cotillo, north shore, east coast...) all the material included: surfboards/softboard, wetsuist, leash and wax, surf spot explanation , exercises and muscle warming warm-up on the beach and than 1 hour with theoric and technique end when we are ready we do surf practice in the water(with intermediate to advance level I do video with video analysis. ¡Hola ! Asegúrate de enviarme un mensaje antes de reservar. Solo puedo llevar a 2 personas conmigo en este viaje. Te recogeré y empezaremos visitando las famosas dunas de Corralejo. Nuestra segunda parada será en el volcán Bayuyo, por lo que podemos estar dentro de un cráter. Nuestra próxima parada será en la playa de Popcorn. También podemos parar en la Cueva del Dinero Secreta… Nuestra próxima parada será el pequeño pueblo pesquero de Majanicho, donde el tiempo parece congelado. ¿Alguna vez has estado en las lagunas ? ¡Muy cerca de El Cotillo podemos admirar las lagunas e incluso darte un chapuzón si estás dispuesto! Sin olvidar parar en uno de los molinos de viento más bonitos que tenemos en Fuerteventura, en El Roque. Podemos almorzar en el pueblo de El Cotillo. Desde El Cotillo, nos dirigiremos a Step Beach, esta es mi favorita, te vas a sentir tan diminuta. Asegúrate de enviarme un mensaje antes para que podamos organizar los horarios de recogida.

Hallo ich bin der Max und arbeite seit 10 Jahren als Surflehrer in Fuerteventura, gerne möchte ich dich zu einem Individual Surfcoaching (ISA lizensiert) einladen. Unter Berücksichtigung deines Levels im Surfen (Anfänger oder Fortgeschritten) und Kenntnisstand erlebst du mit mir eine Surf-Session die gänzlich auf dein Können ausgerichtet ist. Der Schwerpunkt liegt hierbei auf den Säulen: Theorie, Funktionales Training, Praxis, Sicherheit, Bewegungs-/Video- Analyse. Bei einem telefonischen Austausch lernen wir uns kurz kennen und vereinbaren daraufhin einen Treffpunkt. Anschließend fahren wir gemeinsam zum Surfspot. Dort findet eine Revier-Einweisung sowie der Theoretische Unterricht statt bevor wir uns ins Wasser begeben. Zum Ende der Session lassen wir den Surf revue passieren, widmen uns der Fehler Analyse und schauen uns in gemütlicher Atmosphäre etwaige Videoaufnahmen von dir an, um deine Fehler besser zu verstehen Surfunterricht in kleinen Gruppen der den Horizont erweitert! Dir dabei hilft Fehler zu verbessern, neue Techniken zu erlernen und die nötige Wissensgrundlage bereitstellt, um mit Selbstvertrauen das Surfen zu genießen!
